Haha it's ok :). No I didn't, I had no side effects while drinking the tea, you just go to the toilet like normal :) the tea lasts a while, depending on the amount of tea bags you get. I also tried another tea recently, I have another video on that if you would like to have my take on both. The other tea is Thin Tea and it's a loose leaf tea and I found that it lasted a lot longer :) Hope this helped :)

Yup, when I did mine, I ate how I normally would. Haha. Some people try and diet as well while detoxing but as mine was only a sample, I just stuck with my regular diet :)

I'm so happy to hear how well this particular teatox worked for you, and the type of results you experienced :)) I am really hoping I'll find the same success from it too. I'm not wanting it for weight control or loss, etc (although that would be a bonus lol) I'm actually looking for the more energy and better sleep side of things. Result wise, I started to notice I was starting to drop weight on my tummy (not much but enough for me to notice). I slept better, had so much more energy and it also made me look fresh and awake all the time. :)

I'm the same about detoxes and after trying a teatox I was like "oh my god!!! (Insert heavy breathing here)" haha. Oh yay!!! You're going to love it!!! I am currently looking at doing it again for the 28 days. I plan on doing it and reviewing as well :) it's a great way to help cleanse your body while not torturing yourself hahaha. It's so easy too!

Yay! You'll love it, I found the taste to be really yummy! I wasn't put off at all by the smell or the taste. I don't think it contains gluten, I'm not 100% sure but I don't think it does. :). I don't have much of one inkling of my life early on that has been captured on camera at all. Now with a 4 1/2 year old son, and number 2 due in october, I was sure earlier this year to get a sony digital camera, and you can bet I'm getting every moment I can in my life. You are like me Jared, as there is tremendous respect and love you show your friends and family. Look back years from now, and realize your life has been and will be full.

Gosh I miss my grandma :(((( Although she is gone for 10 years I still miss her every day :( I wish that she lived longer so I could have congratulated her 100th birthday myself , but sadly that will never happen.

I don't even know her or you but I love her, she seem like an amazing woman and prob has alot of stories from soo many years... Makes me wish my grandparents were around long enough for me to know them :-( xxx
