Calves Torn From Mothers, Killed for Daisy Sour Cream
The "best-cared for cows on the planet." That's the claim made by Daisy Farms, a milk supplier to Daisy Brand sour cream and cottage cheese—products that ...
+PETA (People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals) once old enough calves are "weened" for feeding or milking. calves have to be pulled when the mother is having trouble giving birth and the "jabbing" is giving calves a pain killer or something to calm them down!
+Chris Sullivan first one relinquishes all brain function requirements then they halfass research information then post it on youtube to make eating an indecency so much of the information of this video is misrepresented. as I currently work for one of michigans top 5 dairy farm I know this to be true ... instead of just watching videos why don't you go to a dairy and observe for yourself tagging a calf is no different then piecing your daughters ear. it is for identification purposes to match that calf to its mother to receive the correct colostrum so it get the nutriance that it needs also to prove that they are free of TB... as far as feeding the calves other cows milk it would be no different then giving a new born baby formula.

+Maya Young Actually they let them go inside. They pay money for it tho, theres a part in the vid where they ask the guy about something when he's forcing milk into the poor cows mouth. FUCKING HATE THOSE PEOPLE! I HOPE THE GUY GOES TO THE DEEPEST AND WORST PART OF HELL!!!!!!!!!
So, there are many comments of people saying how they would torture or kill
the people that are doing this to the animals. I am vegan, so I am not
taking the side of the people in the industry. What people aren't seeing is
that when they say things like this, it really makes people not want to
join us. If we were to kill and torture these people, would we be the
better person? The answer is no! Most of these people were raised to see
that there is nothing wrong with what they're doing. We need to open their
eyes in non-violent ways to change the world.

+DontSupportAnimalCruelty Join PETA, cruelty isn't the cure for cruelty. You're only creating more. If you create a cycle it will only continue, education is the tool that will win the fight. No one wants to be forced into anything, we have to convince them to convert by free choice.
Not exactly. Although I do know what it feels like to try to take one. And not that of an anonymous target in the dark, but of an assailant right up close and personal. I have, in my occupation as a security officer, had to use deadly force a number of times against a violent, armed criminal, in self defense. Naturally, at such times, my express intent was to kill. Fortunately, my opponent was not killed, as a result of happenstance. And if he had have been, I was totally and legally justified in what I'd done. It is better to be judged by twelve than carried by six. Violence is something I do not care for, but it is sometimes necessary in defense of my self or an innocent. My vegan diet is a result of my non-violent lifestyle. I go about my life using as little force or violence as necessary. Why should a vegan, who lives a life of non-violence, constantly have to defend that lifestyle from carnivorous violent people who support the slaughter of sentient beings en mass, daily?
Maybe I'm lacking the lack of violence, which I had more than my fair share of in the Army. Do you know what it feels like to take a human life? If not, then you have no idea what you're talking about...
+Jonathon Broadhead I disagree with you when you said " If we were to kill and torture these people, would we be the better person?" The answer is yes we would be! It's not retribution, it's justice.
