So far no debt here... Still going to a community college for Diesel Mechanic and about to graduate. After i'm going back to the refinery to fix the cranes, or going up to the lakes to fix diesel boats, etc. Right now i'm working as an engineer with no certification in a warehouse while going to college. Later, I will become a Mecha-Engineer. See the thing here is to get a career that is useful and will help you in many areas or get more jobs and will be useful to yourself. Not to get a major like this guy in the video. Besides he lives in New York. Fucking expensive.

I'm doing the same thing lol and paying out of pocket. I'm still early in my degree how is the program as you get further in? Is it as hard as they say?

people here pick shitty majors then wonder why they cant get a job. Example: Someone will come into college and pick to study History, liberal Arts, or Basket Weaving and expect to make 100k out of college. When they graduate they have debt and no job. This is not the govt fault

It is the government's fault because offering government subsidized loans guarantees a college is getting money which in turn raises tuition rates.
