I hate dolls! I wouldn't have one of those in my house for nothing

I've had sleep paralysis twice, and both times it was just me, lying on my bed without being able to move, and hearing my mom scream desperately like she was being murdered for minutes. It's like a horror movie scream but like desperate, and I think the reason I always dream about it is because when I was 12 my step-dad ran over me with our car, and it happened right in front of my mom, and she screamed just like that. It's horrible and I hate it, then I wake up and I'm like "...fuck". (Sorry, english is not my first language)

Jack this exact thing has happened to me. When you go into sleep paralysis you are in between the spirit world and reality. This makes you vulnerable and susceptible to be able to communicate with souls that haven't crossed over. Because spirits can drain energy, they are able to drain you mobility. When I had sleep paralysis, I heard someone walk up the stairs in my building, open my apartment door, & walk into my room. The figure was darker than the dark and looked like he was wearing a hood. I was able to fight the paralysis and tell the figure he was not welcome. This may be happening because you are at a crossroad in your life. During this time, sometimes bad spirits will come upon you to try and lead you on a bad path. These spirits also know you can see them now, so they keep coming back. You need to sage your house and close the door or else it may get worse. Go from room to room burning sage and tell any uncrossed or negative spirits that they must leave now. Be forceful. Sorry if this sounds crazy. I just know from experience, crazy things started happening in my apartment until I cleansed it.

I had a out of dead body Experience in my dream and I saw who killed me but don't know him and I was hung in a tree 

OMFG JACK!!! I swear on my life I have the exact same thing!! I used to get the exact same dream like every 6-8 months since about 2 years ago, and every time I had the dream I would remember that I was there before and what was going to happen, except every else was just going on like the first time I had it, I also got more to the dream every time I had it. And then around New Years last year I started having it every night for like 2 weeks straight. And I would wake up at 3am during those 2 weeks, and I would see this shadow person like you did!!! It was the scariest thing ever and after those 2 weeks the dream changed. Again, each night I got more to the dream, except this time the dark shadow man was chasing me and I was in a car. The dream ended and I was fine for about a month and then I had the dream again, except it changed and I was kidnapped by this thing and brought to an apartment and my left leg was about to be stitched to this girls right leg but we escaped, we found a guy with stitch marks going down his left leg and we went looking for the girl he was stitched to, and we were found by the dark shadow and he was shot and she got a knife thrown at her straight in the head by the darkness and then it came up to me and shot me in the head. This stopped for a good 2-3 months and then I woke up from a normal dream and saw it right beside my bed, and I looked in the mirror and it wasn't there.. This really creeped me out and I turned away and covered myself and tried to sleep. Then the dreams started again but worse and more horrific.. I'd wake up sweating and terrified, and then I had a dream and this darkness ( that's what I call the shadow man as you say) started chocking me, and I ripped off like the material covering his face and it was just pure darkness, not a face, just dark. And I woke up and I was chocking myself but I could feel it's hands like on my hands, and I rolled out of bed gasping for air.. Things have happened since but when you said the shadow I was like wtfffffff!!

a few years ago i woke up in the middle of the night because i heard my dog growling very loud and different than usual.. i seen a tall dark figure at my doorway. i couldn't breath,(and when i say i couldn't breath it felt like there was pressure on my chest, like i was on the zero gravity ride at my local fair) i couldn't move, i couldn't even talk. i felt like i was screaming but no words would come out. i woke up the morning before school and my dog was fine, i was fine. just thought it was a dream, i came home from school and my dog was dead, had a big gash in her head..

To people who work there, whe the telephone operators are not allowed to talk about it? I am saddened by the demolition. There is so much history there. 

I still work there 40+ hours a week, just left there less than 3 hours ago in fact. Yea there are some really off things that happen. The tunnels aren't completely off limits to staff if you know the right people to ask. Screams? Yes from patients...but I haven't heard any screams from paranormal things. But the empty wards deemed haunted...I've had things happen. People I've seen and heard them call me. These things happen
