Photoshop Tutorial | How To Make A Professional/Simple Text Logo | JustAzab Logo Tutorial | 2015
A brand new Photoshop Tutorial! In today's tutorial I explain how to make a professional but simple text logo. Just like my logo, clean & professional! Hope you ...
for example, search up Nerd3, and in nearly every vid, it says that NERD3 and under it "Plays..." thing on the thumbnail. That's what I'm looking to have in my thumbnails!
Great vid dude! I have photoshop cs6 myself but I'm not very good but I can
make simplish stuff, anyway you have errant yourself a subscriber and I
really hope one day I can be successful on YouTube like you :)
Looking for that classic "Superman" logo look from the comic book covers? Photoshop has a bunch of 3D capabilities now, but I always hate taking the time to ...
+Jonny Finity Thanks! I actually just used a plugin called Permanent Press from a company called Mister Retro. It basically lets you digitally "print" your graphics so you can get some of those authentic results from the offset printing process. The plugin is a bit pricey, but if you do retro-style graphics on a regular basis, it's worth it. https://www.misterretro.com/
+Jonah Block Interesting... Maybe you're transforming the mask instead of the layer itself? Make sure that the layer is selected rather than the mask when you do the transform. Again, it's hard to pinpoint exactly what the issue might be, but I'll try to help as best I can.
+MMTheHighEndOfLow – I'm not sure what the problem might be. Make sure that you do it directly after the first transformation (don't do anything else in between). I may have to do an additional video about this.
+nicole leblanc Well that's kind of inconvenient! Odd... Maybe the initial transform was done on the path, rather than the whole layer? I'll keep an eye on this. If others have the same problem, I'll create a clarification video about that segment.
+nicole leblanc Thanks for watching! I'm guessing it's because you're transforming the path inside the shape layer, rather than the entire layer itself. Make sure the path is completely deselected first (using the Path Selection Tool), then try transforming it again. Let me know if you still have trouble. :)

Ep 10 - How to Create Chrome Text
In this episode I show you how to create this classic Chrome Text Effect in Photoshop CC/CS6. This technique can be used not only to create shiny photo ...
Great tutorial. This looks much better than any of the layered chrome done
in other tutorials. Is there a way to do a similar thing but in CYMK so you
can use it for print?
Well, unfortunately Photoshop limits a number of the filters in CMYK mode. I am assuming that the glass effect (where you load the displacement map) would not be possible in this mode. That being said this technique pushes colour and contrast all over the place so I would highly recommend you do a gamut check and adjust even before you convert to CMYK. Blues will push purple, magenta will go haywire, it's inevitable with this technique. All that to say RGB mode for the technique but careful gamut correction before conversion will make the final result usable.
