I guess I can actually offer a legit explanation. Okay answer this: What part of the world exports the most goods? Then answer: Is Taiwan apart of that province? He might have been one of the top guys in a corporation. In all honesty, about two levels of down from CEO can obtain one in a few years.

Yeah. That happenshere in USA also. If you import a car 25 years or new it will be scraped unless is a show car. To legally have an importedcar has to be 25 years or older.

They don't scrap it in the U.S they give 30 days for proof of registration and if you don't come on time they auction it off.
