I saw this and bought a silverside eye. I didn't have to trim it but I got
about 8 small steaks out of a kilo for ten dollars. It was about half the
size that this guy is using. I take my hat off to ray.. I wouldn't have
thought of this if I didn't watch his video. $10 got me 2 weeks worth of
steak.
