True- it's good to look up to these women.Still I think it's wrong to generalise character traits and associate them with certain races or religions. I mean what would our world be like, if all of us did that? It would be like WW2 in Germany.There are good and bad people but not good or bad races in my opinion.

+Merian Ran. Melinda Gates is French and among all of those high achievers and intelligent people. Bill Gates chose her. Beside the fact that Melinda works her butts off, came from very humble and not so fortunate family, she has a great social character. First lady Michelle Obama another high achiever and social organizer is incredible talented but loving and very much caring at the same time. They keep their body strong healthy and beautiful together with an incredible set of ethics.That is what I call ROLE Models. Not a bunch of money wolves, gold diggers, dollars addicted anti -social group of people who knows nothing about American cultures and history (Indians - Chinese - some Jews, like Monica Lewinsky) and it blinds them the true meaning of life indeed. Some people do more harm to the society then building it up. Greed, ego-istic driven, dishonesty, corruption, unfairness is not something to brag about.

In the rewards and punishment system - Asian Parents seem to favour the
punishment side and not just physical but emotional punishment where
anything less than 100% is 'not good enough' and the guilt that the family
puts on the child is sometimes worse than any physical punishment
