+Clinton Kamara THANK YOU for watching and subscribing. I see you're building some playlists on your channel. I'm looking forward to watching your vids.
+POWSIMIAN Yes they cut the head open and measure the brain activity while the animal is performing some tasks or is watching something. We can't let drugs alter the experiment. I studied biology and attended seminars in which this stuff was discussed. It's real.
A good friend of my mine is a full on advocate of scientism. We bump heads
on the regular. I like what Joe Rogan say's... "You can't measure what's
inside a man's heart"
Science has no feelings, no morals or ethics, no heart. It's just another
product of the human mind, and it always wants to know more, and it has to
destroy what it sees in order to "know". I don't understand his guardedness
because all Campbell's critics just call him an animal rights nutcase
anyway! People gunna hate anyway so you may as well follow your heart
anyway, just because it's the right thing too do!
Hey, I'm a massive supporter of the veganism movement but recently I became
deficient in Omega 3 when on a vegan diet which had a massive impact on my
mood/sleep/memory so I was wondering how you get your Omegas? I've tried a
few options but I'm not sure if my body is absorbing the nutrients. Thanks
:)
+Louise Harris Eat nuts and seeds, walnuts, chiaseeds, winter squash and flaxseeds are high in omega 3, I get mine from walnuts and flaxseeds most of the time :)
+Louise Harris i'm sorry i have never been deficient in anything so cannto really help you on that! maybe ask emilyhunt on tumblr , i've been her address similar points (i think!)
I had a weird encounter recently that I'd like your opinion on: my uni only
offers vegetarian+vegan meals. I'm not fully vegan as of now, but I do like
to eat the vegan meal option, so I did. A vegan then got into an argument
with me about how I should leave the vegan food to the vegans. This just
seemed absurd. Isn't spreading the lifestyle one of the main goals of
veganism? I didn't know quite how to reason with her!
+Sarah Mcleod Okay, I understand the bbq scenario. :) I do admit that they prepare less of the vegan meal at my school when you compare it to the amount of the remaining vegetarian option everyone else eats. However, the kitchen can adapt to a growing number of vegans as it's an everyday situation. I think it's awesome that they make this offer at all, because, like me, many people can be introduced to vegan food this way. :)
+Peach Plastic I think sometimes when you go to a bbq or have a shared lunch at work etc people who aren't vegan eat all the vegan sides then there is nothing left for the vegans to eat.. Even though they could eat anything.. But I mean enjoy that vegan meal and pay no attention to that person sometimes people can be a bit over the top
I tried twice to go vegan (each time lasting about a week), and I failed !
Haha, I've now been vegan for almost a month... I think haha yay! I thought
it was overwhelming, but it's really not ! I love feeling like I'm doing
something good in life, and I feel awesome.
It must be healthy if I reversed my diabetes through a vegan diet :) I've also not been to the doctors in months which is really weird for me.There's so much information online now, it's really not hard to be vegan and healthy!
+Alex Almeida for me once my body got clean i could easily feel what's bad for my body. your body will tell you because your stomach will hurt, then you know you can't eat that. your body is smarter than any doctor once its clean. if you can drink a coke and it doesnt hurt you, then you can't feel your body. your taste buds change too so its not like you're forcing yourself. in the beginning a little bit because of food addiction. fasting is good for food addiction because once you can eat a apple is the best thing you've ever tasted lol or whatever fruit.
Once more, you all right. Doctors always says about the importance of meat on diet; tha's what puzzles me. That's what makes me think about the really truth. They said: eat meat, fish, bread, grains, chikens and so on. Why Doctors do so if it is dangerous to health? I don't know the answer.
+Alex Almeida what really pisses me off is doctors dont even tell you to change diet. physically, mental, all that got better, but i had to learn the hard way. im telling from experience its waaaay better. mostly raw and cooked when i feel like it. vegan restaurant sell really good food too, but its over priced.
+alex m You all right. The problem is that in my home all eat meat and I am constantly tempted by my parents to eat meat or deiry. It's very hard to me but at least meat I don't eat anymore. And you all right either when you said about the feeling after eating meat. When I eat fruits or vegetables instead of meat I feel so much better.
+Alex Almeida my dumb ass got sick for eating like that my whole life. you just need to be introduced to new food, its not that big of deal. thats why it disgusts me. you naturally go back to meat because everyone puts it in your head you need protein, but then your body gets sick from it, well thats what happened to me. it makes me feel better all around.
