Looks so good. I wish I had that for lunch. For my peanut butter fix I love making chicken satay or spicy peanut noodles. I really gotta try that ham recipe so I can make those Cubans.

I like to also use left over ham as a twist on hash but instead of corned beef I use ham. Then must have the biscuit with peanut butter on it

When you baked the loaves, in addition to washing and spraying, did you steam the oven or use a cover or just bake on the stone as is?

+Russ Kaye Yes, the steam from having the lid over the dough is very important. I use the lid for the first 15 minutes of the bake, then take it off to let the bread brown and crisp.
