I am not sure the information you give is entirely accurate with regards to
"full authority". If i am an administrator with full authority and the sole
heir to an estate, and i want to sell or donate property way prior to
probate closing, how then can i transfer/deed the property without an order
for distribution when it is the deceased's name that must be on the grant
deed. Will the county recorder and/or assessor even record/honor such an
attempt to exercise "full authority"?
What action can one take when the Full administrator is has not had my
specific name Address spelled out on the trust as an heir to real property
and rents.... and has not distributed assets to myself and siblings of my
father that are mentioned in the trust created by my grandfother?
