Hi Jenny, wie geht's? i worked my butt off all week, i mowed the lawn and am now home alone on the weekend, tired and exhausted...AND hungry! guess what's baking in the oven right now..... what's waiting for me than an empty plate to be filled and a DVD to be watched... @JennyCooks Jenny, i'm a loyal guy..... but i have to tell you, i added some tuna from a can (i just love tuna...) and snipped a little chives on it and it came out great! So everybody tune in on the baked Ziti with the tuna! ;-) Joe from Germany

@thizizliz It's a date! And once I tried making my own sauce in baked ziti, and it just was a waste of time- the sauce was so diluted in the dish that you couldn't tell I had made it, just that there was a vaguely pink tinge to the ziti.

@angelwings500 Thanks! I almost burnt it - set the oven too high to melt the cheese faster, then started editting the blog. Not a good combination.
