wow...thanks for this recipe. i'd get myself a slow-cook crockpot. it's
nice to prepare dinner early and spend the rest of the day watching more
cooking videos. hehehe....
the most expensive part of your meal was the electricity you used! i'd be
better off with a can of vienna sausages and a bic lighter. your stuffed
peppers are weak!
6-7 hours? i'd have to start cookin dinner at 11am lol me thinks i will use

When I buy bell peppers I choose ones that stand up straight. If you
acquire some that are tilted simply cut the top off parallel to the
tabletop and then they will be standing straight when filled. You may lose
a lot of top though so it is better to choose wisely when buying. This
looks great and I am going to give it a try. thanx
