+MEVIbrothers Thanks! Thought about changing it, but I didn't want the channel to be too sterile/business like. The photo helps with making it slightly more personal. =)
Jimmy is back in the video review game scene again :D Yay :D
I actually prefer "personal expirience" reviews over strictly "factual"
ones. Plus stating if you bought the game yourself or if you got a review
code also gives some insight on your "feelings".
Especially with AAA Games, dumping 80-90$ on a game can greately chance
your perception of it.
Keep them comming!
+JimsReviewRoom and im still working on 3 year old games, i have a list of roughly 60 games i WANT to play (the list of games i own but have not yet played is way longer) that accumulated during my studies i finished 2y back. Thus from now on i wont buy any games exept for some rare cases. Btw, give "The Fall" a shot. its about 3-4h long. Mostly adventure type of game with some slight combat thrown into the mix, but mostly a sidescroller adventure with a really cool storry. Just dont spoil yourself if you read a walktrough. The ending is kinda... unexpected and im looking forward to The Fall 2. Besides, while playing Dragon Age Inquisition and Pillars of Eternity i realized that i nowdays prefer shorter over longer games.
+mugenspike This holiday and even into the spring, it's looking amazing! I suck at racing games, but love cars. I need to get a wheel. Waiting for Thrustmaster T500rs to go on sale for black friday. We'll see. =) Need to update my computer quick!
It's a great review!! Also it's a nice thing to adding to your channel. I
like how you did it. You gave a description of what it was and also your
experiences with it. Looking forward for the next video.
Right on, that's a good problem to have I guess. I hope to be as successful, I watch pretty much every video you post. Do you mind telling me what you edit them in?
Hey, Jim, I've had this game for almost as long as you have, an my friend
and I are always talking about how to build better prisons. I noticed that
in all of your gameplay, unless you're using other's gameplay as examples,
you can put showerheads into the cells instead of having a separate room
for showers. Just give the prisoners some Lockdown time or Free time, and
they'll take showers at their own free will in their own cells, saving on
time they could be doing something else, and the time it takes for them to
rush to the shower room.
Ah sweet! Didn't know. All of the game play is mine except for the illustration on Steam. Thanks for the tip
Numberers = Construction + Prison Architect [Alpha 36] #11
++++++++++ Video Details: Construction + Prison Architect. A "let's play" series featuring Prison Architect Alpha 36 gameplay involving the planning construction ...
Why do you even have the Cellblock C grant activated? Your current prison
is designed for 68 cells, period.
If you're gonna expand your prison, do it for the sake of expansion, not
for a tiny grant.
Speaking of, should you expand, 3 ways of approaching:
1, Move the showers. Not sure if they can handle it, but simply move the
showers to the newest end and place cells with same format in between.
Seperate the security/supermax area and make a new canteen.
2, Make a seperate prison section. Have a totally new design for cells,
build an extra canteen/kitchen behind the supermax guard area,. With
seperate showers for new cells.
3, Extend everything. Place the supermax area at the new back end, extend
the cell design and showers, extend the canteen, extend the
workplace/forestry.
Lastly, you should always keep your prisoner count to cap. There's no risk
involved, it's about averages. And even if pretty much ALL your prisoners
are goody two shoes, you still look for the two most dangerous and two most
vunerable and place them in SM and PC. If the min secs get released, should
you get a fed witness or ex law, simply swap the least vunerable PC for
that one. As I said, no risk.
+maxerd2 One of the new events is a large influx of prisoners you must take. If you are at max and get that it could over crowd your holding cell and give you issues.. there IS a risk.
+maxerd2 You obviously haven't been around for very long. He plays each prison for a month (until the next update is released) then moves onto a new one, thus he isn't interested in expanding. Though he did say when the full game is released next month he will build a big prison.
