I've been drinking lots of fresh ginger tea lately...I just peel & chop a
piece of ginger put in a mug with hot water, add stevia, lemon juice & a
tiny bit of cayenne. It tastes so good! I just recently got more into
natural/organic makeup too! I bought a whole bunch of stuff from RMS
beauty....have you tried anything from that makeup line?
+Shannon Sullivan This is kinda embarrassing, but I have almost the entire RMS line. oops! lol my favorites are the un-coverup, the lip2cheek in beloved (looks so gorgeous on lips & cheeks!), the living luminizer and also the lip shine in sublime. I have to say the uncoverup can get a bit oily, so I also really like the un-powder to set everything. I have a couple pics on my instagram account wearing some of my RMS products if you want to check them out! my username is angielovestoki
yum!! I'm going to have to try that, thank you for sharing! I am dyinggg to try RMS Beauty haha, what products did you get? I would love to try anything but I really want the Living Luminizer and Un-Cover-up - they are both on my Christmas list haha :)
love you so much Shannon! ♥ and i know this is totally out of the topic
today but I just tried cleansing with raw honey and I am totally loving it
for my face and weirdly for my tea as well! so thanks so much! by the way,
I'm drinking Tahitian Vanilla Spice by Yogi Tea!

Hey there my dear friends! Spring is in the air, and here's my favourite spring cake, to share with you guys! This cake is so simple to make, yet it is one of my most ...
I always use a 9 inch or 23cm round tin for this cake, as I always try and use the largest oranges I could find lol. Hope this help ;) Have a lovely celebration and happy baking! Feel free to tag me on IG if you do bake it, would love to see how it turns out
Hi, yes you should be able to, but you would need to increase the wet ingredients in order to compensate for coconut flour's extra ability to absorb liquids. Maybe adding in some soya or almond milk, and 1 or 2 more eggs too.
You are an absolute genius for cooking the Orange first, the texture looks
amazing. Making this for Easter this Sunday! Love love your healthy
creations!
Thank you so much my dear friend! Makes my day to hear you'll be making this for Easter Sunday! Wishing your a very Happy Easter and really hope you will love this cake as much as I do :) I baked this in a 9 inch pan btw, as the oranges were quite large and yielded a lot of puree. Do you like chocolate? Have just uploaded my Easter Chocolate Blackout Cake this morning which is also gluten and dairy free :) Anyway, the choice is yours and happy baking <3

What I Ate Today 3- Vegan, Gluten Free and Healthy
Here's is my third episode of what I eat in a day. I decided to make it very short this time, but recipes might follow, for the pancakes for sure!
Thank you!
I have been diagnosed with celiac disease 2 years ago, at age 20, but have
been sick for years (obviously). It was really hard for me since by the age
of 20, I already had my eating habits down, and avoid eating bread when you
live in France is next to impossible. The gluten-free trend is arriving
slowly in Europe but the disease is really not well known, and my family
and friends still have a hard time with it.
"No grandma, I can't eat that cake." "Sure you can. take out what you don't
like!"
Anyway, thank you for your video, I have been sending it to my friends to
help them understand my struggle. It worked wonders.
I was diagnosed with celiac disease when I was I was 10 years old. I'm now
24. A lot my friends still don't actually understand what gluten is, which
is kind of annoying, but...eh, whatever. I don't understand why eating
gluten-free has become so trendy, but hey, the fact that it has is helpful
to people like us because it gives us a lot more options than we would have
otherwise!
Some of my friends don't understand the effects that it has so they kinda act like I'm a burden when making plans because I have Celiac. I love that we are starting to get more options, but the whole GF trend makes it hard to be taken seriously when I'm out, especially since I live in LA.
I'm trying really hard to get tested. I'm 17ish and have been tired since I
was in seventh grade. Staying awake and focusing is sometimes painful, and
in ballet classes I used to get called out a lot for not "focusing" (I'm no
longer in them because I'm so.incredibly.tired). My mom thinks it's because
I don't "eat green", but I eat the most vegetables in the house and sleep
the most, and I'm exhausted. I've also got those wonderful little bumps on
my forearms and cheeks that are linked to Celiac disease, which is just
embarrassing because people ask if it's a contagious rash. /: I don't want
to go gluten-free until I get an official diagnosis, but I can hardly
function.
Aggghhhh, ranting. :/ I'm just... a bit spent on never feeling well.
I hope you can get tested soon! you're right, you shouldn't go gf until you do get tested because prematurely cutting out gluten can mess with your results. But good luck, I hope you figure out what's wrong and feel better soon!
Of course. Its proven to be genetic. People who have celiac or at risk for celiac possess the genes DQ2 or DQ8. These 2 genes are also responsible for other type of autoimmune diseases like type 1 diabetes.
My family and I went mostly gluten free back in March and my brother-in-law
has celiac. Nearly all of the baking I have done for the past nine months
has been gluten free. I bought a gluten-free cupcake cookbook and it has
made my life SO much easier. And more pleasant. Coconut and almond flour
have become staples in my home.
You might want to be careful about using almond products from the US of toxic A; the almond growers here in California are forced by the government to treat them and most use the carcinogen called propylene oxide (PPO) because treating them with PPO costs less than using the non-toxic methods. Even the "organic" almonds are treated and the government allows them to be falsely labeled "organic".I stopped eating almonds when I found that out, but I wouldn't hesitate to buy almonds grown in a country other than the USA or almonds grown by non-commercial growers.
