@afcomser all the gears looks good.. none of them are striped.. I belive it's the diff since the dogbones goes around when i take the wheels of, and when the wheels are on they don't.

There is no diffential on a RWD Stad Truck, that is the transmission, there should be three more gears inside, I bet anything its one of your planetary gears

yep, you need to pull the tranny apart, and see which of the gears is stripped, and replace that gear.

can someone help me with my speed passion gt esc. i have a team orion 4t vortex motor on it but i don't get wat any of the stuff on it means please help i really want the top speed this is what tunning options it has on it and someone could you please explain what they are. drag brake force? DRRS? brake force? reverse force? neutral range? AMTS timming? overheat protection,? they are the ones i do not understand some one please help i want mo9re speed. and the motor is a orion 4t?

Excelent driving! Considering the motor is very powerfull and TC4 isn't actualy ideal car for it, because the motor is mounted straight (because of the drive shaft) and it tends to pull to right side because of all that power. As I said before, very undriveble combination, which you mastered perfectly! p.s.: try the new TC5R ... or Xray008, Serpent S400, Tamyia TRF416 ... you will be amazed how easy they are to drive compared to TC4.

@sterby1 You really have no understanding of electric RC. An hour to charge? Usually 16 minutes after a 6 minute race. And I pay $23 for my Lipo packs and I'm using the same charger I bought two years ago for $100. I race every weekend and some weekdays. I'd have spent 1000s of dollars on nitro fuel by now. As well, my 3.5T brushless buggy will kill any of your nitro vehicles in a speed test.

You don't race. It's shame, maybe it's because the same reason as in my place, lipos are allowed. With lipo allowance, could influence more people from drifting to join competition. Since the releasing of these "Made in PRC" cells in the market, RC makes me a troublesome, some batteries are dead already before using. I like so much the batteries from Japan, honestly. thats all up to you, you can start off and have a car and go raceing for about $500.00. take in mind the faster you go the more money it cost you, better motor, battery, gear cost more. i got over $2000.00 in cars and gear. these look like pro mod class so just think of $500.00 on wheels raceing aound.

@951scottyboy It's the configuration of the electric motor. Brushless vs brushed. In brushed there are carbon pads that contact the rotor to deliver and commutate the electricity. In a brushless motor, the fields are digitally commutated by the speed controller. It's probably better just to youtube it.

That's some great driving. Love how fast, quiet and low maintnence electric is. In offroad buggy 1/8th scale, the Mamba Monster 2650kv 1512 1Y with only a 3cell LiPo is much faster than the same car powered by nitro. I just bought 2 CellPro PowerLab 8 ten minute chargers. Love electric!

@ndenn002 I buy 2 liters of fuel for 15 pounds. How much does one LiPo pack cost? Also I don't have to wait an hour for charging a pack and don't have to waste money on separate chargers/car batteries. Just refill and go. Also tinkering with the car and engine is half of modeling fun.

Wow, with lipo and BL driving there, could be "5 stars" quality to play RC car. But are they weighed already of still light? On that , maybe with lower MAH or with higher V batteries to drive with more punch could be awesome. But as i know in JMRCA is not yet allowed to using lipo.

good driving! I have just bought an rc on-road electric with a 540 motor and norma battery wich runs about 50kmph.. how much $ do i have to spend to upgrade it to brushless and lipo? i mean to make it going about 80 or 90kmph... any upgrades online shop links are welcome :)

You got way too much speed into the corners, try take some more speed off, in the corners and relax a little bit, you would see that on your lap times too .. but nice driving there, im driving 4.5 LRP X-11 motor, i denmark. it have a niiice sound, but it DONT beat yours!

hi, i used to be a driver, used to race ALOT, but it was costing about £100 per race meeting, to get all the equpment and the stuff for the cars to start racinng would be around £1000 to about £5000 thats an estimate of about what it would cost.

I can sell you a Castle Creations Mamba Max system for $249 (motor+ESC) plus $109 for a 3S Li-Po pack. This will put you into the Mid 70's... If you want 80-90 I have a Novak HV system for $329, Plus $149 for a 4S pack. RCHobbies (248)681-1441

I use O'donnell TGX1. The power does not come out if battery is cold. We must be used immediately after it charges in case of NiMH battery. (Charge current = 4-5A) NiMH battery temperature = 40-55C Lipo battery temperature = 25-35C good luck!!

@HeliDragon510 brushless have more torque and less rpm than brushed motors but you just gear up to compensate, the only difference with handling is brushless keep more speed off power. Anything can cope with a 17.5 though :D

well the brushless kit would cost about 130 eur at a rough estimate, the car would cost around 200eur and the battery would cost about 75 eur so no, sorry. but if you want a slow one you can buy them for about 75eur =]

how long can u drive with that 5000mAh 2S 20C Lipo battery ? i just bougt one and charge it..drive..and now it will not charge more whan 3000mah..but its 5000mah battery..i dont understand nothing..please help

Measure the temperature of the motor and ESC first, please. It will be able to get more power at making large pinion in case of 80C or less. Also the way which makes battery the other to high voltage is.

ok so straight after they have charged i should use them then? they are NiMh so thats like hot enough to burn you will this make it faster then and i still need help with the tunning of it all.

they should not get hot enough to burn you if they do get some new batteries and a new charger a racing brand with peak detection and also get matched batteries or get li-po

@sterby1 Some of us actually race. I race 6 minute quallies and 8 minute mains. I can get 45 minutes of bashing out of a 5200 mah pack in my buggy. Thats plenty of time.

Придется писать ЖБ на форум. Однако у тебя вроде есть Соб. Во-первых, Радар не исчез при двоном нажатии на F7. Во-вторых, так-же HUD тоже не исчез. Но не буду говорить, что ты читак и все такое. Посоветую написать Жалобу. И кстати, жалоба должна быть от твоего имени, точнее твои подписчики не смогут её подать, её напросто не рассмотрят + форумник ихний на месяц в бан.
