+Matt Whitmire I didn't get anything! The owner did not get anything. He gave it to a donation company. The guy might not even be alive anymore he was a nice guy. I would imagine some dealer picked it up for 500 or less

I inherited a 450 SL 1974 was sitting in the element for 7 years. I want to start her up with new battery, only cranking nothing happened, What should I look for? I noticed some of the wire from the one of the injector was broken, fixed. New wires set from Borsch was replaced the old, spark plugs look good in one of them so I have not changed them. Add gas in the gas tank (5 gallons) Cleaned the throttle. Air filter was replaced. Oh. How many quarts of oil does this engine need? I drained out the old oil and replaced with 5 quarts 10-30w Quaker oil, Oil filler also changed, I would appreciate you kind help, anyone. Thank you.

Hello, I have a question, I have a 1990 mercedes benz 300e 3.0l v6... back then it would stall and now it wont start, their is fuel coming from the fuel pump and into the fuel distributor, and into the fuel regulator, yet there is no fuel going into the injectors, would that be a cause of a bad fuel distributor? i turn on the key for the fuel pump to turn, and push on the throttle body but no fuel comes out of the fuel distributor. Thank You

Interesting, there are filters on the fuel inlets for each cylinder. That's a good place for blockages. Also great tip for using Harbor Freight O ring kit. That's really neat they have them, they have everything! "Feed the little pigs" lol!!!!
