@bhanudej 浜松は自分の地元ですが、しばらく海外に出ており（年に１～２回は帰国してましたが）、浜松の街をじっくり散策するのも久しぶりですが、仰る通り、中国人の立ちんぼが多いですね。 昔、横浜の黄金町や川崎、東京の町田のあたりにいた立ちんぼが、規制が厳しくなり、地方に流れてきてますね。 焼肉屋が多いのにも気がつきました。戦後の浜松事件以降、数は少なくなったが、まだいるんですよね。

@umbalaba I think the success of the Mayans ultimately led to the decline in their city states. Growth eventfully stalled and there were no social system for the Mayans to fall back on. Lack of food would be a powerful motivator to move. The skill change I talk of is that if you are a hunter gatherer then change to another form of life and work, you become dependent on outside forces for your survival. China is on it's way to having 1 billion people in urban/city living...Trouble ahead.

@SouthernBell4Christ So, we should stop trusting in man? However, in order to believe the Bible I'm trusting in man. Man wrote your Bible. Whether you believe it was inspired by God is irrelevant. It's no secret that man wrote the Bible. So, in order for me to believe the Bible, I first have to have faith that these men were telling the truth. Which means, I'm trusting in man before God. First I have to believe them when they say that God talked to them. That's trusting in man.

Awesome filming, but if the 200 year drought theory is correct, then it was more about hostile environment than loss of skills that brought down the southern Mayan cities. But then again, I still see your point
