Meet in the "middle" is the key word here. But what you really asking isnt to meet in the middle you just dont want to be held responsible for being 45 minutes late. I agree you dealt with an irresponsible owner she should have never let you take or returned her car outside of what the contract states bad bad bad. I agree you shouldnt have to pay for being 2:45 minutes late but i think you should pay for being 45 minutes late plus mileage and also cleaning fee since you didnt returned the car clean. Now you mentioned it wasnt clean when you got it thats where the pics come in. Did you take any pics of mileage fuel level scratches dings etc? and to your question about why did she booked another trip so close to when yours was ending? simple, "book instantly" option. People can rent your car without you having to approve it and with only 3hrs of notice(owners can opt out of this option if they wanted too) therefore the trip could have been booked as soon as 10 am and turned to the next renter at 1pm if that makes any sense. We just dont know when the other trip was booked. FYI if owner doesnt have car ready or doesnt show its a $150 fine.

the problem was not with Relay Rides the problem was with the owner of the vehicle. Terrible customer service from the owner of the vehicle. Everything has to be within contract not good.

Owner is screwing u sweetheart !!! You have to be clear n loud when you got to return. if owner is doing this, let talk 2 relayrides as early as possible.

also about the engine. you got the one with no ecoboost in it. the sel ecoboost only has 220hp the one you got is faster with more torque with 288 HP the reason it feels slower then you herd about the ecoboost is because the high end ones with 365 hp are in the sho modals.

It's 315 hp in the limited its a 3.6 v6. I just bought one in June. The reason that it feels slow is because it's American. American made is famous for high end power versus low end. Mine accelerates insanely fast from about 70 to 100.

+josh b I kept up my payments, sold them off, the next car was better, sold it off, the next one... Eventually I got up to my 2015 Taurus with a hefty down payment. This is where I wanted to be. This car is a joy to drive and I love having passengers because it surprises them with technology, comfort and quality they didn't think they'd see in a Ford.

+Stone Rinaldi i'm going to when I pay off my 2011. was going to do a traid in with my truck till someone thought there mini van was a hot rod lol. so I had to get a cheaper one. now when it's paid off and I save up some money I can go a traid in plus put cash down as well. this is the best way to work your way up to the nice cars. my first car was a $500 pos chevy prizim that was 0-60 in 27sec lol then I got a bronco 2. then min van then a truck now a 2011 Taurus. trust me. when your car is paid off don't sell it right away. use it for work keep all that extra money that did go on the car and put that money and your car to a nicer car. works really good.

Ford (and other manufactures) started using SD cards in their nav systems for a few years now. Essentially they provide a card with all of the roads and points of interest every year so its easy to update the database. Without the card however, the system doesn't work.

Hi Dave. I do still have my G8 and the Grand Cherokee. The G8 is parked in the garage for the winter and I'm driving the GC as my daily driver.

Great video! My dad actually rented this Taurus from Avis in LA. I was upset because it didn't come with Nav SD card. We are gonna rent from Avis next week and I hope we get the Chrysler 300 or the Taurus! My question for u is did u actually use the navigation SD card?? Next time we rent I will check the trunk! Lol

After this video was created I did use the SD card and it worked perfectly! I asked the representative upon returning the car why they didn't have it inserted. She said they just put gas in them upon arrival and don't worry about anything else.
