I know. It was at my dads shop and they took it from the 3 cars that where
there. They range from $400 - $1000. I can see why the guy wanted to steal
it.

i would hope so since it has been literally ruining the car enthusiasts
scene. The emissions are decreasing BUT not decreasing fast enough for the
ppl that monitor the emissions. They are thinking about making more
stricter rules to compensate the slow decrease so they can meet their goal
by 2030. I am planning to move out of California for this reason.

What are the structural/functional differences between CARB and non CARB?
do the CARB compliant Catalytic Converters produce cleaner air/emissions?
