I just hate it.. we are flying in 3 months with a 767-300 from hamburg to miami with united airlines.. I remembered that Continental was way better, now Im a bit worried because of United's bad extensions.

Thanks for your response, My Dad flew this route and yes in the economy class, he wasnt really upset to tell, Everything was bad he sayed, The meals are bad, flight attendants were bad.. just everything

I'm not quite sure but if you get an old continental plane you might have the good IFE, I think not all 767 are with the old crappy ife. at least you get to fly, I'd be happy about that :) and miami too, what a nice destination! have safe travels

I'm not sure if fly with them, I have direct flight from Vienna to Miami by UA or I can take one layover with British (and they are cheaper), but UA force obese passengers to buy second seat which I like, really don't want to be stuck next to same huge person for 11 hours.
