know how I messed that one up, since I have taken the air intake apart a
few times before and have removed the exact same harnesses...

timing was off, but not because of the belt. I had the ignition control
module wires reversed, so when the right was firing, it should have been
the left.

ICM wires, colored go on the same icm module. move the wires and you should
be ok.
