hi du kommst bei mir aus der nähe, wo hast du das alles machen alles? ich habe auch einen a4 1,9 afn mit einer anderen nockenwelle, turbo vom 2,5l, 12mm pumpenkopf, größere einspirtzdüsen. die software wurde auch geändert aber das einziege was er macht ist, eine riesige Qualmwolke und richtig abgehen is auch anders. das er zu fett läuft is klar aber wer kann mir das richtig einstellen? mfg

grüß dich wie wirkt sich das bei deinem golf 2 tdi mit dem großen lader aus ? kommt der nicht erst bei 3000rpm oder geht da schon früher was ? Hab nämlich ein 35i passat 1.9 tdi afn mit 12mm pumpenkopf , 0.260 düsen, chip von diselpower concept, llk system vom a6 tdi und gt1749v lader mit schaufelrad und turbine vom 2.5 tdi v6 und der kommt laut prüfstand auf 203 ps und 417nm . deine vtg is ziemlich "scharf" eingestellt...überfettet der nicht wenn der mal schlagarig hochdreht? für 0.216 düsen reichen ca.1,4bar ladedruck....da hätte es auch der lader vom 131PS TDI getan... oder willst du noch an die 200PS erreichen? da is der lader schon nötig....bis 190ps reicht auch der vom 170ps tdi...

@elvisTDI what did u think with removing TMS ? if u mean putting OMS, then whitch? because by putting an OMS of S4 C4(audi), gearbox makes ugly sounds and it`s almost impossible to drive under 1600 rpm. have any solution ?

@pusstulbs you can buy clutch kit without TMS ( OMS= VALEO, , SACHS), and if you want you can put a sinter disk in it, i belive you could try to find it over the net,where is closer to you!

sounds really good apart from that silly blow off. it's a diesel trying to be chavvy. What diameter is the exhaust, it sounds great to be fair, straight through i hope?

what did you do with flywheel ? i`ve bought vnt20, nozzles , IC, have selfmade exaust manifold, but i doubt if flywheel will stand the torque..
