In other word, it tries to maintain the most comfort instead of handling.2) the camber angle and caster angle aren't track purposed.3) My definition of soft is the stiffness of ball joint between upper arm and pivot bar is too soft allowing the camber to change during steering. Not purely the damping.

What kills the Ferrari is R34 Z tune. The only thing Honda did right is competing based model Ferrari with Type R. If you don't believe,go check the chassis setting between type S and type R

Obviously Honda did something right with the NSX.

Type R is track ready. F355 is a Berlinetta which more like a GT car. Also, the 355 weight at least 50 kg more than the NSX R. I don't think a car with rack focused setting hang with a car in standard setting or comfort setting known as impressive.
