Camaro SS widebody driving on Florida Turnpike north of Miami. There was traffic and the vehicle was driving slow, so I was able to get a short video of the car.
Take a look at the installation and technical details of the Turbonetics 2010 Camaro SS bolt on turbo kit. This kit will be 50 state street legal, and take a stock ...
the difference between the ls3 and the l99 is cylinder deactivation that lets it run off of 4 cylinders for mpg purposes. the l99 only comes in automatics and the ls3 comes with the manual....it makes slightly less power as well.....26hp at the crank to be exact....
+Chris papi L99 400hp stock LS3 420. The LS3 package will probably come with things like cam shaft upgrade, clutch upgrade things that either should or are suggested be upgraded. For us the clutch is pretty important to upgrade when you're putting down power but so are other things.
To those that don't know, the LS3 is only available with the manual
transmission in the Camaro. Has 426 hp not 430. Aso, The automatic gets L99
truck engine rated between 395-398hp. It's the same engine that was in the
trailblazer SS.
Well in reality 426 hp that is to the crank . To the wheels you are talking about 375 RWHP for the LS3. While for the L99 the 400 hp it's crank and about 345 RWHP.
lol. Trailblazers have the ls2 which is a 6.0. the l99 is similar to the ls3 with the exception of a different camshaft and a few other things. the l99 is not a truck engine. You were right on the hp though but thats at the crank no the wheels.
