Aeon Quest: Abduction by: CDubb024 - Little Big Planet 2 Community Creator Spotlight - PHZ
Episode 66- LBP2: Aeon Quest: Abduction. This video features an indepth review of CDubb024's 20 level sci-fi, adventure platformer that contains educational ...
Part 01: Woah Zhx, You made it top priority to get an in depth feeling, on
the pro's & con's in this game. It's good that you Mentioned key points, of
it's craftsmanship. Involving it's tech, theme, & visual design . On a
level for players to watch out for, & help focus what'll make their
learning experience more fun.
@iNoahMinecraft Haha no wonder. I must have alot of viewers with Double
accounts which may explain why I only have a few hundred views compared to
my over 500 subs. LOL. Oh well. Thank you for your sub again and feel free
to comment on what kind of educational concept you would integrate into a
game and why?
Part 05:This game is worth the Paw of Approval *just like you said ~__^*,
cause it wasn't created to be a short play through. A lot of vision was put
into this, cause it's a full length game. LBP creators should put follow
this example, cause players will take the challenges seriously.
Part 03: I think it's gives flare to add Math, & science intertwined within
the graphics. The atmosphere of a futuristic quest, is an exciting mystery.
But also what makes this game worth playing, is great story line. Without a
decent story line in a game, it's not worth looking into.
Part 04: So the temple is your favorite sector of the game.. ^o^ Maybe
gives off an adventures, in mysterious places. Either it be ancient temple
ruins, or other worldly futuristic temples. The need to explore to solve
puzzles, gives a sense of completion.
@Nigellaebony As always thank you for your nice and detailed comments.
Looks like you're the first to comment this week too as a lot of people
maybe having a lot of finals in school. Well, I hope my other viewers come
out of the corn field out there.
Part 02: Like what was mentioned, about bringing learning tools into
gaming. The player forgets it's a mind exercise, & focuses on the adventure
itself. I think it's genius to access points within the game through
knowledge, & trials.
Part 06: I Hope future game themes, will have more imaginative LBP creators
come out with great game projects. Great update Zhx, & happy to watch your
episode on this unique game. Hope to see you online, & take care. ~Snow~ ^ ^
i promise u i have no problem with the hunting but have some respect u dcks

You guys are contributing to the hatred of gun owners with your demeanor.
You're running around chanting and yelling....No respect shown to the
animal. Did you harvest the meat?
@Sixis1989 - Not really, the first was in San Francisco with the rubber
balls, the second one turned paint into fireworks in Glasgow, which makes
these New York City play-doh bunnies the third commercial. Now as far as
the music goes, none of them used the same song. Jose Gonzales' guitar
based song was first, then an overture from Gioachino Rossini, then
finally, The Rolling Stones...
This video is immense, the guy who done this also done the Cadburys Gorilla
advert, Shooting all of the paint up the tower blocks in Glasgow and
dropping all of the 200,000 bouncy balls down the hill in San Fransisco

Lar...good review....bought my 527 some years back and looking at your
groupings you may have one of the 1:12 twist barrels...I had very similar
results to you...likes the 55 grain vmax but is an effin Kazes with the 40
grain vmax hornady. Hand loading my own but decent factory loads will
mimick this. Try some lighter bullets ...got a feeling your group size will
shrink
+Thomas Lane I stand corrected! I don't know how I got it in to my head that it's a 1:8, I said in the video (around 5:30mins) that it was a 1:9 twist. I re-measured the twist again today and sure enough...1:9, so apologies for the confusion
+Lar McCarthy The only way your Cz527 is 1;8 twist is if you got it re barreled in 1;8 the factory barrel is 1;9 have a look on the CZ website if you dont believe me
+Thomas Lane Obviously not the same as mine is a 1:8 twist! As I said I've confirmed this!! I can't disagree with you on the 40gr, I've never tried them but only going on what I've read.
+Lar McCarthy Its 1;9 twist not 1;8, i know cause i have the same rifle and 1;8 is not too fast for 40gr i know lots of people shooting 40grs through there 1;8 tikkas and sakos with no problems
I bought a 527 in 204 with the kevlar tactical stock with the aluminum
block. The groups where not so good so I took out the little bit of
bedding at the recoil lug and re glass bedded it tightend the groups right
up. I didn't think I should have to do anything to the rifle for the price
I paid. $958 dollars with out rings. I thought the aluminum block was
supposed to have the rifle tuned, not so but it didn't take much to fix.
The rifle weighs 11lbs with a 6x24x44 scope on it and sling. My Ruger
weighs 12lbs with a 21" inch heavy barrel. My Ruger ultra light weighs
9lbs. My Remington LVFS weighs 9.5lbs. A Remington action a lone weighs
32.6oz A Ruger 42 oz I am not sure what a CZ mini Mouser weighs.
Winchester 70 action 48 oz.
+Ryan Albright I was going to re-glass the lug also but now that the barrel is broken in and I've found what bullet suits the gun I'm getting a 3 shot group in one hole at 100 yards, I can't ask for better than that!
Great review of a great rifle. Liked and subscribed. Great to finally find
an Irishman up here. I have the cz 452 2e. Unreal .22, love it. Waiting on
licence for the 527 lux (with iron sights, as I enjoy a bit of that). More
power to ya lar!
I agree on the handle, there's no use in a knife without one, which is what
happens without a lot of tang, but not on the steel myopia. I would
absolutely love to have my knife made of L-6, it's one of the best out
there, but the fact is living in florida super close to the beach (east of
A1A) I would have to apply some protectant every 6 hours or so due to the
high salt environment. I guess an L-6 blade would protect me, because I
would never leave my house =/ give me VG-10 or s30v please.
PeakSurvival I have a knife recommendation for you, you won't like it but.
Get your self a new knife expert. Google knife forums and read some
reviews. This guy doesn't know crap. The best bang for the buck is Cabels
Alaskan series vanguard with a rubber handle in S30V steel it's not the
absolute best but real damn good for the money. Google Doug Ritter Mark III
and read about it. Your Benchmade is the only half way descent knife here,
but not great. There are many more far better knives.
Advice for survival knives. DONT get hollow handle knives with a kit inside
them. Full or close to full tang. DONT get stainless steel, high carbon
stays sharper. A good knife has a hundred and one uses, that good knife
should never be used for all the uses. Why run the risk of breaking that
"good" knife when you can use other tools for survival. Relying solely on
one knife means you die when that knife fails. Always have a backup, stay
calm and keep a level head and you will survive.
Never had my Kabar fail me in over 30 years. Glad to see it in your review,
but I was surprised to see he keeps in a leather holder. Absorbs water,
molds, mess. My cutler says, it's not good for the blade, so I've hunted
down a supplier for a different sheath for mine. My Dad carried Bucks, but
I like Ontario Rats better. Benchmade 510 Kraton handle, right? Sweet. No
thumb ridges on back of blade tho. I would want that for fire starting.
Benchmade costs more, but gosh, great quality.
I learned everything that I know from you tube. You never once mentioned
full tang. Also, none of those designs would allow you to pound through a
log and make tender. I am not an expert. I bought the high value ontario
spec plus raider bowie and found it heavy and a lot of work for firewood
but tough and very capable if you did not have an axe. I always buy high
value knives. The kbar marine fighting knife is ok but too big. Nice
sheath. For me, it has to be full tang.
Disagree. Serrations are a waste of an otherwise good blade. ... A
flat/wide spine is necessary, for heavy batonning ... Nylon is the worst
material, for a sheath ... No serious bushman would mount a sheath
upside-down ... combat? ... may-be. NONE of these knives are even close to
optimal ... Pilot's knife comes closest. Your Mora is GREAT (for what it
is) ... but, yes ... you need something more. Try: Becker BK-2, ESEE RC-5,
Ontario Spec-Plus SP-8. RTAK, Junglas, etc.
Hey Dave loved the video. For the people leaving the rude comments anyone
sitting in an office or at home can answer questions you are looking for.
He was giving his opinion based on his experience thus why he said things
like " what I like to take" or " I Prefer" . I would rather take tips from
someone who actually uses the knives then one who sits at home and looks at
them or hangs them on a wall or shoves them in a drawer. Thanks Again Dave!!
I have used a SOG SealPup during two deployments to Iraq (I'm Infantry not
a Fobit using it to open MRE's) with heavy abusive use. The SOG was
designed for Military/Law Enforcement Purposes and is not designed for
survival. Furthermore the webbing on the sheath is to be used with the
webbing on Military type equipment, not so you can put it through a double
belt... Don't know what that is???
that knife sucks, not even full tang so just mater of time befor you break
the handel, and its made out of 440stainless steel so basicly its a $10
knife they charge $50 for cause its got bg and gerber name, take a look at
the knife I just got, $21 free shipping, made 2 shitty videos about it with
my laptop web cam so kinda shitty kinda boring but I break it down with all
the 411
The Buck nighthawk is what 'staff''Eddie Stone, uses in SAS are you tough
enough, its a great knife for SHTF scenario as it is matt black so no shine
great fo night ops a.,has a rubber moulded handle wich keeps means u can
keep a good grip when wetr(or,covered in blood,).a thick back for
batoning,i would say it is actually a good bushcraft knife.good vid and
good collection
I love the fact you carry a benchmade. A good choice but I prefer scandi or
convex grinds. the buck is a joke the mora is awesome(own it) but Condor
makes a Bushlore, Sapien, Rodan, and basic bushcaft all are under $25. they
are 1075 carbon steel with scandi grinds which is what the mora has so just
a tip for some reviews. Again love your work.
@Dancerpro1 Actually, I really like Nutnfancy. What's cool about him is he
goes out and tests a lot of the stuff, also, when I am really interested in
buying something, I like how his reviews go over the product in agonizing
detail. I really dig what Peak Survival is doing. Please keep up the good
work. I watch pretty much all your videos! :)
The first 3 knives are fighting knives and I would not recommend then for a
survival situation. he last knife looked like a hunting knife and again I
would not recommend it. They are nice knives, except the pilots knife, but
I would use a blade with a straight spine so I can chop wood when needed
instead of a blade designed for stabbing.
A little bit of info on the Seal pup. The reason the handle is plastic is
not b/c its not finished. The tang is held in by a fused fiberglass
technology to make it extremely light, waterproof, and sturdy. The only
downside is that you can't use the handle butt as a hammer but keep in mind
it is meant for Navy SEAL combat, not survival.
I'm apologizing for those who are looking a gift horse in the mouth and
then throw them under the bus. I think it is shamfully embarressing. She
said he was HER knife specialist...not a professional. The lady is trying
to respond to request by viewers and is simply relying on the gentleman to
freely offer some support in that effort.
@colin449 From my experience and a lot of true survivalist a ka-bar( not
k-bar) is one of your best survival knives out there period. There
indestructible, ask any true knife expert they'll tell you that it's a top
10 knife. Also Buck knives are pretty decent knives for there price point.
There's a reason everybody talks about them
So why don't you test out Mora's more "rugged" knifes together .. instead
of making it sound like Mora's a cheap, simple knife just for the basics?
Test out the steel and you'll find that you can't get a US made knife with
better steel anywhere .. unless you pay 10 times more (and then only for
the brand, not quality-guaranteed).
I use a custom billhook machete. I bought a Fiskars billhook and liked it
so much I had a guy make one for me. Full tang, 1/4 inch thick, 9 inch
blade, 10 inch handle. It gets the job done. I don't like the Edward "Bear"
Grylls fixed blade because it's not full tang and they have been known to
break rather fast during easy work.
@MrSlambangboom Nutnfancy is a blow-hard, who is into proving Nutnfancy,
these people are just giving an honest opinion. YouTube is amateurs doing
their thing, not professionals wasting their time and by the way being
payed doesn't make you professional, it just puts a little cash in your
pocket, no more no less.
Are you sure about that? Perhaps some stores and sites still have a small
amount of them, but i've seen the Rant on some website, both UK and
US-based. I think i'll have to get one myself, they seem to be getting
great reviews (except the sheath, wich i prefer kydex/secure-ex).
I use rant 510 knife everywhere... (even in the kitchen). Hunters can use
it... it can be used as a tactical weapon as well.... it is a hard steel...
it is stainless.... it is grippy... it can do almost everything!! we love
you benchmade!!!! (go with the butterfly!!!)
A good bit of info to include on knife reviews is to describe the length of
the knife's tang. Full tang knives are much more robust in the field.
otherwise it was good to see some alt. knives being considered over the
traditional mora's and RAT's.
I know this was upload a few years ago, but I hope you still could respond.
What about the Leatherman Surge? Would not this be a good all around
abilities? Not a hammer like the second knife above, but...this is why I am
asking.
important things to consider in a survival knife. Blade steel, full tang,
blade shape, and ease of resharpening vs edge retention. Also consider if
the blade can withstand abuse like batoning. Great vids keep up the good
work !
There are MUCH better survival knives than these. The Rat series of knives
(now ESEE), KA-BAR, Cold Steel Recon Scout. I don't think any of the knives
in the video are long enough or thick enough for battoning.
this video us si dumb, a review on the mora knife? what knife (i knoww its
a clipper but ok) we all know all moras arre the same right? this is a
small example for the intelligence of this video
Thanks for the video, short and sweet. Dave, did you modify the edge grind
on the pilot's knife? It looks like a convex or maybe a scandi grind. I
remember that knife from the rabbit videos.
@MrSlambangboom Well, Nutnfancy would have made a 3 hour featured movie out
of this. And not everybody has the time or interest for that. So its a good
video for basic information I think.
I was a knife expert once, like yourself, then I took an arrow to the knee,
That vid was really bad....Your expert sucked, you had already picked a
good knife, you don't need "Experts"
