It said it couldn't be downloaded until the developer was approved 1st on iOS. Then I went to general in settings and allowed it and it worked. Tks again

Okay, so I installed this (not knowing he updated that it was not working). Anyways I installed it and then uninstalled it cause my phone was making weird beeping sounds. I deleted the app and it's doing it.. Please what do I do!? Is there something I need to do to clear it from my settings?
