my name is sheila and i was born in lebanon mo. and i am proud of it. i have worked in several of the factories here and one was the old h.d. lee factory until it went to mexico. yes lebanon has its problems but there are so good home town people who live here and would help u any way they can. were home of the most churches, and the most boat factories, but also for being known for car roll back odometers and central run for meth. and corrpution of police depts. but its the people that r great.

Honestly this is Everytown, USA not just Lebanon. Part of what I like about the song is that all of it is true, and has been everywhere I have ever lived or worked. This is really about a perspective. I wasn't a kid with a beat up old guitar, but I had dreams that I thought were bigger than Laclede Co, and now I'm back and couldn't be happier. There is good here too in high abundance, good people and beauty, and no one would tell you that quicker than the author of this fine song.

This is an incredibly nostalgic, creative and beautiful video. I love the way the song's lyrics paints a picture that is reflected in the images. I can remember many of the places documented before the glory faded. I hope that the warmth that I feel for Lebanon's friendly people, friendly place will be just as fond for my children. I will work hard every day to make that dream a reality.

wow. such a great video and song. truth spoken. lebanon is an old town, aint shit to do, but man its home. and thats what matters. i left a couple months ago but now im looking back and im going back next week, aint it funny how the things you try to leave behind follow you closer? ah well. its for the better.

Ok.. My family is in Lebanon... My dad and all his sisters. We are part of the Jones family. I bet some of us here know each others family. Whoever this is singing is just amazing... And made me miss Lebanon so much!
