the situation, circumstances, risks. Unless the video is titled "Advice

+jck1794 I disagree. You have to move fast to get water hoses working not moving like a it was a walk in the park. I get a hose working in under 20 sometimes 15 seconds. On the most they should do it in under 30 seconds but that is my opinion.
+Chad O The building was toast. The only thing they needed to do was put out a fire burning needlessly and they don't have to rush. None of the surrounding buildings seemed to be at risk.
