I got a medium sized silicone implant. My surgeon did some carving to the implant so that it would fit better around my bone. But I'm still healing so not sure how it's all gonna turn out.

Absolutely love your results, I had a consultation with dr. Ghavami, and I absolutely loved his personality. I also reviewed all his before and after pics and videos and they all were great. And viewing your video just made me more confident with going through the process!!! Thank you!! Please continue to keep posting your videos, they are very helpful, and informative!

More important than the price you are quoted, do your research, research, research! Make sure that you have seen a ton of the doctors pictures (especially front views, as well as side views). Look for a doctor that has a ton of experience working with the type of nose you have (i.e., ethic, hump removal, flared nostrils etc). And also, if you haven't already join www.realself.com. Check out reviews of the doctors you are interested in. If price is a big part of your decision, be sure to interview more than one doctor within your range and be sure you are happy with everything listed above. Remember, this is your face :). Omg you look so pretty!!! In the scar let it heal first i would suggest you to be careful and only apply the medicated ointment for now cuz anything else could lead to infections don't touch it and keep it clean, for scar theres an oil called rosehip get the cold pressed one its soo good to erase and soften scars and even skintone also later you can ask a dermatologist on using retin A which is a topical chemical exfoliant which renovates skins cells and its very good on polishing skin surface and helps with many other things you can check facts around the internet. Good luck on the healing you look so great I'm excited my surgery is in 10 days!
