@coshyno double clutching is when your shifting, you press the clutch twice to synchronize the gears, you dont need to do this any more in cars as they make transmissions synchronized now, some trucks you still need to double clutch to keep the revs up and some you dont, i believe it depends on the year, a newer truck you wouldnt need to.

my daddy bought this program thingy for our drivers ed business. i play on this thing all the time nd its like a video game to me!!! but he has the students do this before they take the real car out on the road. i like the one on this where its like an obstical coarse/maze. its so much fun!!!

@gasper4503 Yes, you can buy the full edition, but it is expensive; or you can get a Trial edition, which is more than enough for an individual to learn driving a semi-truck with the manual (also double clutching) transmission. The last one is just $100 from aplusbsoftware.

For many people leaving in the countryside, Simulator is the only option to try driving in the city traffic and get familiar to the busy intersections with traffic lights. The people from the rural areas and the small cities are affraid to drive in a big crowded city.

I got this game expecting this style but its version 1.60.00 and it seems like theres only 2 cars one with trailer one with no trailer and i can't even use standard option or change weather...i'm so confused...why did they wreck the game by taking it out? i need help.

Can i buy the 'professional edition' software only for my pc because i got all the other things such as Logitech G25 Steering Wheel, and a Modified Computer. I do not have the 3 screens but i don't like that idea and its a waste of money. DieselSmoke92

Yes, but how many students you can teach for $800? One, two, maybe 3 and what? The Simuride is not the substitute for driving a car; it is the transition between the theory and practice. This is a tool to help you as the instructor.

@lilalex2233 it depends what you want, but the cheapest option is one monitor edition Sim Pro plus the G25 on the student desk = $1000. You can go also a home edition with a cheap steering wheel set for only $100.

when driving the semi, it looked like you shifted whie going through an intersection. When taking your cdl driving test here, it is an automatic failure to do that. Is that the law where you are as well?

You have a Home Edition; to have a trucks and manual transmission with all other features you have to purchase a Professional edition, which is 10 times more expensive.

Yes, it is separate; the steering wheel comes together with the gear shifter and pedals. So, you would need a software and steering wheel set.

@StartMan09 some games have an option to use multi screens like Live For Speed, it has a selector for how many screens on either side.

All 3 monitors have the same brightens. It was recorded from the 80 degree angle; it is normal monitor's behavior if you record with such big angle.
