Hi, we are sorry for any inconvenience our bandwidth issue has caused you.
We don't recommend that you try to read our eBooks on an iPhone, like most
educational texts they are designed for a device with a larger screen. We
have updated the eBook bookshelf app to provide faster downloads, if you
are a iPad or Android user your eBooks will continue to function normally.
If you are a PC/MAC user and you have been experiencing problems, go to
Pearson.com.au and follow the prompts on the front page
We appreciate your comment and of course we are not happy to hear that you
haven't had a great experience. Our technical team has looked at this and
they make the following comment - depending on the type of Android tablet
and amount of RAM some applications may not work, these are larger files
and that might be the reason. It does need to be on a minimum 7 inch
tablet. Can you provide us the specification of your machine and we will
attempt to help you further. Regards, Pearson online team.

been interested in creating interactive notes. I've pretty much written
books (course packs) for grades 9, 10, and 12. Hopefully in a few years I
can incorporate dynamic visuals to my notes. Thanks for the video!
