Follow me on Facebook and Instagram! Facebook.com/JTPhotos / Instagram @speedracer38 There were some pretty interesting series of events today which all ...
Was it a prototype, and did the guy work for Lambo, or was he a private
citizen, who bought a lambo? If it was the latter, you prob shouldn't have
followed him for that long, while taping him, I think most people would get
paranoid. If it was a prototype, the lambo driver should just live with the
fact, that people wants to be the first on youtube, in this day and age,
and not get so aggravated, and not drive on a puplic road, if it's such a
big secret.
The car was a prototype and was driving around quite some time before the production version was even in the US. I have no reason to follow anyone in their exotic car when I get to drive them all the time haha.
Jesus Christ. +Speedracer38 , you couldn't have just left this guy alone?
You're lucky he didn't call the police; that's what I would have done.
Regardless if he's driving a prototype or not; he's not worried about you
filming the car. That's not the problem His problem is that HE doesn't
know that YOU are just some harmless guy with a camera. How is he supposed
to know you don't have some pozzie following him, waiting to carjack him at
the next rest stop? Your actions in this video certainly gave him
something to think about!
Can you really blame these guys for being so careful with a
half-million-dollar (or more) car?
Obviously, they're not concerned with people taking pictures or filming,
because they're on an open road. If that was the case, they'd use a
private-hauler that's nondescript, where you couldn't see the car, and haul
it via tractor-trailer to its destination.
The problem here is that, for the amount of time you followed him (45
minutes by your own admission), and how you kept pace with the car and how
close you got to it, how is he supposed to know that you're not stalking
him looking to kill him and take the car? Of course he's going to sense
danger. If you had pulled up next to him, taken a few pictures, and pulled
away, that would have been one thing, and most likely he would have even
given you a little wave.
But in this case, you're lucky you didn't get the highway patrol/police
called on you, and you better be damn glad worse didn't come to worse, and
he pulled a gun on you, thinking that you were a threat to his safety.
Overall, I think you should have just left him the fuck alone. I hope you
learned something from this.
there were errors on both parties. The guy video taping isn't breaking any laws, he has every right to video tape on a public road. Yes, he went too far. He should of stopped recording and went on his way.The guy in the Lambo should of approached it in a different way. Since they were all pulled over, the lambo guy approached in an aggressive manner. If you were in his shoes, you see a lambo driver aggressively approaching your car with audi driver wouldn't you be scared? wouldn't you have called 911?If i was in lambo, i would have called highway patrol and reported that a guy in a car is following me and video taping me, i don't know who he is, i don't know what he wants, can you please send a trooper/officer out to check it out.
+chrismay1aOkay genius: why do you think he acted the way he did?Let's put YOU in his shoes, okay? Let's say you're driving a high-end car from where-ever to where-ever it needs to go. Now, you're not concerned with people filming. But you have to get the car to its location in one piece, and during a certain time. Along for the ride is the probable owner of the dealership who took delivery of this very expensive car that both you and he are responsible for. He's the one driving the Audi.As you're driving along, you notice some DOUCHE BAG following you closely, tail-gating, changing lanes erratically, cutting traffic off, staring at you for long periods of time, and just generally being not only a nuisance to you but to other drivers around you as well. This goes on for 45 minutes. 45 minutes x 60 miles per hour = A LOT OF FUCKING MILES OF HIGHWAY.So go ahead, genius: what would YOU do? You seem to have all the answers here.Call the cops? Already addressed that: that many miles of highway is usually not realistic to expect a cop to suddenly come rolling up to assist you.So what else would you do? What else is the harassed Lambo driver (who's responsible for a very expensive car) supposed to do?You honestly think he has time, nor the patience, to fuck around with some douche with a camera? Nevermind the fact that there are REAL dangers out there on the road that he's supposed to be paying attention to: traffic, reckless drivers, and road-rage, just to name a few.So go a head. Give me a good, logical answer. I'll give you a chance. But judging by the fact that you typed like a 12 year old and used the word "jacked" to describe the act of forcefully stealing a car, something tells me you're just one of those idiots who think that laws and rules don't apply to those with cameras, who think they can do and act however the fuck they want.So give me a good, reasonable answer. Otherwise, you're just another butthurt fanboi who faps at the slightest glimpse of a super car.
+Vladpryde are you mentally retarded? so your scared this guy might be car jacking you, so when he pulls over to the side of the road, you also pull over and get out of your car than assault him. logic bomb right there.oh and if i was scared my cars about to get jacked, so i called a friend in another car, he would be holding the car i think is going to jack me back, while i speed away and get away, instead of staying there beside me blocking the car from viewing me, instead of loosing the car.like you said in your comment, if they didnt want to b filmed, the had the option a or b but they chose to go with c and drive in a public road so they shouldnt be surprised if someone is going to film themsay all the bull shit you want, the truth behind the fact is, if he was scared for his life, and thought he was about to get car jacked, than at 4:40 instead of pulling off the road and stopping and getting out, he would have taken that exit, ( as the car recording video was blocked by the audi and would not of been able to exit)
+ronald swansonFor someone who doesn't capitalize and properly punctuate his sentences, I wouldn't be calling anyone here stupid, moron.Glad to know you're not worth my time. Since, by your own admission: you're not from the US. Therefore, I'm blocking you so that I don't have to read your stupidity any more.I don't understand you idiots. How ANYONE in their right minds defends harassing and following someone on a public highway is beyond me. Are you REALLY that fucking retarded?"But but but it's a PUBLIC HIGHWAY THEREFORE IT WASN'T HARASSMENT! WHAAAA!"Really? So you'd do the same thing, would you? Just because it's a public highway? Go ahead then: next time you see a supercar, go follow the driver lane for lane until he stops, and see how kindly he takes that.Fucking retards, the lot of you. Do me a favor: don't respond to my posts. I've got better things to do than listen to you fapping douche bags masturbate to a Lambo and try and argue whether harassing someone on a public highway is right or wrong. Just kill yourselves.
+chrismay1aOkay. If you were driving a $230K+ car, and you had someone in an Audi for backup, and someone was harassing you, what would you tell the guy in the Audi to do? Ram the guy who's harassing him? Run him off the road?Or just place himself between your car and the douchebag?I still maintain: if they were THAT concerned about this prototype car being viewed on an open road, then they would have:A) Driven the vehicle at night, on a weekend perhaps, with no traffic, orB) Hauled the vehicle on a covered semi truck. But they didn't do that, so what other answer could there be? I refuse to believe that they didn't have the money to hire a private transit trucking company to haul the vehicle if they were that concerned about videos and pictures being taken. The bottom line is this: don't harass other drivers for miles and act like a douche-bag. Seems pretty simple to me. But then: most of us don't explode in fan-boy cum at the first glimpse of a supercar. Most of us.Then there are a minority of douche-bags like this idiot with the camera, who follow people for over 40 miles just to get a glimpse of a car.I don't blame the Audi or Lambo driver in the least. If you ask me: they handled this better than I would have. WAY better. But then: I don't get paid to drive supercars around for high-end dealerships and clients. Nor do most of us in this world. So what do we know?
The guy taking the pictures had the right to shoot both of those men if it was Florida Stand your ground law when they confronted himYes it was more then likely uncomfortable for the man in his fancy car But driving something like that is only for attracting attention Should the guy have followed him...maybe notBut that is freedom...to be able to do thatHe did not care about who was drivingHe might of just wanted to take some pictures when it was stopped like he saidEveryone in this country seams to want to give up their freedom so fast because they are so afraidGod my grandfather went to war with the Germans for our freedomLook up the stats tooCrime is at a 40 year low in North AmericaHe should not have followed that longBut what do you expect when you drive a prototype super car on the streetOr any exotic carThey are all about ego anyway
ok, so first off they both had their wrongs and writes. The guy driving the brz didn't have to drive that far just to get pictures after about 5min i would given up no sports is worth the gas just for a picture. If he wanted to drive that far just to see the car then thats on him what the outcome is. On the lambo's case he knew he was filming him because look at the position of the audi he was lined up so that the guy couldn't get a shot of the car. The audi driver was also driving dangerously trying to cut off the guy filming. Also the lambo could have just stopped and let him take picture then been on his way. Where this guy also messed up is him filming while driving. If the cop were to have came they would have been more upset that his attention wasn't on the road, just on the car and him filming it. When he is too busy worried about filming the car he isn't fully alert with the road around him. The lambo driver had a reason of concern considering a random car was tailgating him, yes, but he didn't have to reach into the guys car after walking up on him and clearly seeing he had no intentions of hurting the guy, what was he going to do film him to death? They BOTH have their wrongs and write the brz shouldn't of had followed him for that long and the audi shouldn't of had been cutting him off and driving dangerously and the lambo driver should have known if he was driving the car on a public road it will bring some attention, he didn't have to get physical or even pull over when it was 2 on 1. If they had cause an accident it will be ALL of their faults because the lambo was trying to outrun the brz and the audi was cutting him off. It would've been different if the lambo did not increase speed above the speed limit and the audi did come to cut him off as see at 2:21. This all couldve been avoided if he just too some rolling shots of the car or a 3min video and been on his way. So all in all both parties were not completely innocent.
Really????If the guy thought he was going to kill him and take the car do you think he would of stopped and walked right up to himThis is nothing more then another American meat head driving an expensive carIf you don't want people to look at you maybe buy a HyundaiThe only reason someone gets in a car like that is ego
This is a highway, i have traveled hundreds of miles and many hours near the same car when driving from state to state.. i don't know who pulled over first but one of you should have kept going..
+Vladpryde That's a bit hard...on the average 9 year old. However, in this instance I take your point although, judging by the physical stature of the Lambo' driver I don't think he needs to be too worried about being carjacked. If I had been trying to film (the car) and found myself in the resulting confrontation (since I actually have a life this event is NOT likely) I would have quickly apologized and asked him some 'cool sounding questions of car interest' to try to explain my interest was purely innocent!
Well it doesn't matter if he is scared or not he had no right or reason, and the driver of the prototype Lamborghini did know he was filming because of the way he was talking to the driver also he clearly wasn't scared because if he was he wouldn't have pulled over and walked up to his window. Also the dumb fuck that was driving the Lamborghini shouldn't get butt hurt over someone following him because after all he is driving a rare super car of course people are going to follow him and check it out if he doesn't like that he should take his sorry ass somewhere else and test drive priuses
+justin wells What's wrong with urban dictionary? it is a good ressource to learn what certain slang means. not everyone is born in an english speaking country so not everyone speaks perfect english and knows every little slang term. doesn't make that person a moron.you're the only moron here because instead of addressing his points you're attacking his use of words even though you KNOW what he actually means.
+Micah Van Bruggen You probably drive a 1986 Honda like the rest of the fags who support this douche nozzle chasing people around while masturbating over an exotic car. Go wipe your fanboy cum off your keyboard and grow up.
+aidan molsonYou didn't read ANY of what I wrote. And I'm not repeating myself a 3rd time. Go back and read it.And while you're at it: get a clue. It doesn't take 60 miles and 45 minutes to get a picture and video, moron.
dude he was just filming the car. he wanted to get pictures and catch it on tape because it is an expensive and beautiful car so why wouldn't someone want to at least get pictures of it? that car is $237 250 why would someone think they are going to be killed or robbed if someone is following them with a camera. why would someone be worried about someone filming them, it's not like they would call the police and say that this man stole a car or broke a law and report them. how stupid are you?
+DEEREMEYER1"Yeah. He was chasing the guy when the guy was beside him and behind him. Makes perfect sense."Are you stupid? What was he doing for 45 minutes? CHASING THE GUY. You think they just went back and forth with the flow of traffic? Are you THAT fucking stupid?"Weird how the cops never did show up in the video, isn't it? The guy obviously called the backup in the Audi. So why didn't he call the cops? Seeing as how you're so smart about the subject and all"We don't know if the cops showed up, because the end of the video isn't here.Called backup in the Audi: how do you know? Did you see a phone? The guy in the Audi was likely a security detail, who noticed this douche bag CHASING his client, and moved to intercept. We don't know if he called the cops. Often times, on highways at these speeds, by the time an officer gets the call through dispatch, the vehicles in question are already miles down the road. Not to mention that dispatch doesn't always stay on the line with the driver who called to get a play-by-play action of what's happening (I've done it once, but that's a story for another time).Dispatch goes "hi, where are you at? Describe the vehicle. Any weapons involved? And what's the driver doing? Okay, we'll send a car out. Thank you." They give that info on a broad-band call out (all patrol officers working the area/county/city that day), and they go on to the next call. Therefore, it's entirely possible there was no cop to help, even if one was called."Oh, that's right. Because there isn't a fucking thing the cops could do about the guy driving down the highway as long as he was breaking no laws."And you know this from a 9 minute video, when he chased a guy for almost an hour? Cutting people off, speeding, tail-gaiting, and harrassment. You don't consider that "breaking any laws"?Okay genius, you tell me what you would call that. "Driving down the road" does not entail what I saw in this video. Are you really that fucking stupid? My blind uncle could figure this out....AND HE'S BLIND.How do I know he chased him? I watched the video, which is a foreign concept to you. I also know what the hell I'm talking about."And no, staying close to another vehicle on a public road is not "stalking""You're right: it's called tail -ating and harassment."Man you're a tool."Considering you probably don't even drive, I'm afraid you're the one who's a tool here. You sound like some 16 year old who thinks he knows everything. I'll bet you drive like this and wet yourself every time you see a Lambo or Ferrari.Go back to playing Need For Speed in the basement on your cum-stained beanbag chair. Nobody loves you, douche.
+Vladpryde Yeah. He was chasing the guy when the guy was beside him and behind him. Makes perfect sense. Weird how the cops never did show up in the video, isn't it? The guy obviously called the backup in the Audi. So why didn't he call the cops? Seeing as how you're so smart about the subject and all...Oh, that's right. Because there isn't a fucking thing the cops could do about the guy driving down the highway as long as he was breaking no laws. And no, staying close to another vehicle on a public road is not "stalking".Man you're a tool.
+DEEREMEYER1"I couldn't give two shits less about cops defending my hypothetical actions."You're right: all of this is hypothetical. Thankfully, most of us are smart enough not to chase other drivers on a busy highway."Stalking via car on a public road in broad daylight. Fucking hilarious."As opposed to what? Stalking on a private road at night? That's the stupidest thing you've said yet.I guess I should have said "chasing", which is also illegal; depending on the totality of circumstances. If you think it's hilarious, try it sometime. And when the cops show up, report back here and tell us just how "hilarious" they found your actions to be.
+Vladpryde I couldn't give two shits less about cops defending my hypothetical actions.Stalking via car on a public road in broad daylight. Fucking hilarious.
+DEEREMEYER1So...you'd stalk him, then when he approached you to tell you to knock it off, you'd stick a gun in his face?Yeah, that should go over real smoothly.Well aware of the gun laws bud. I have to be if I carry one daily. And I'm afraid you're not going to meet many cops here who would defend your actions if you shot this guy. If you willingly follow someone, you place yourself into a situation that was avoidable. That means that you, by default, become a part of the problem. That makes you an accessory.Again, as I said: this guy wasn't showing off. He wasn't concerned that pictures or video was being taken. He WAS concerned with the erratic driving of this idiot over a long distance, and what he could have potentially been planning. How was the Lambo driver supposed to know that he was just some harmless guy taking video? Go back and read my answer in detail; I'm not rehashing it here. These drivers get paid a lot of money to deliver cars like this to their destination safely. Part of their training is recognizing potential threats. You think this Lambo driver wants to fuck around with some douche bag with a camera for 45 minutes on the road who was driving erratically? Give me a break. And you'll come back and say "but but but he WASN'T DRIVING ERRATICALLY...." and then cry like a baby. Which just proves you didn't watch the video. As I said: this guy's lucky he didn't have the cops called on him. That's what I would have done. And if my attempts to elude this idiot SAFELY didn't work, what else am I supposed to do?Lead him to a police precinct? That's nice if you're in a populated town; not out on a busy highway in the middle of nowhere.Lead him to a rest stop and confront him? That's a worse-case scenario. As I said: if I'm the driver of a high-end vehicle, and I'm on a schedule to deliver this car, and I feel I'm being stalked by someone who wants to take my car (the fact that he wasn't dangerous is irrelevant; the driver of the lambo doesn't know that), what am I suppose to do?If you've got some brilliant plan, let's hear it.I suppose, if you support what this moron did, then you also support the paparazzi chasing celebrities in hoards all over towns? Bet you do.The idiot filming put himself in this situation. This was completely avoidable on his part.
+Vladpryde I watched the ENTIRE video. Did you?How can I justify him driving down a public road legally? I guess I can justify it because he was driving down a public road legally. The last I checked, the root word of "justify" is "justice". If he wasn't breaking the law, his actions were automatically "justified".Particularly when he dialed 911 after the road-raging Lamborghini driver reached into his car and touched him.If I'd have been the guy shooting the video, the Lamborghini driver would have found himself looking down the barrel of a 1911 when he walked up to my window. In case you're unaware, the U.S. Supreme Court ruled that vehicles are private property and can be defended as such. The Lamborghini driver obviously had PLENTY of time to waste, was showing off a special car on a public road and could have been decent about it and pulled the guy over to let him take a few quick pics, and then gone on his way. He knew the guy already had video.Or he could have just explained to the guy that he couldn't let him take pictures and gone on his way.Or he could have just let the guy do his thing and ignored him.Instead he got pissed off, called the idiot in the Audi to try to run interference and then tried to initiate a physical confrontation.Good publicity for Lamborghini, huh?
Bullshit. He did nothing wrong. He's a licensed driver on a public road and the idiot driving the Lamborghini had no business getting in his face and reaching into his car. If anyone had the grounds to pull a gun it was the guy doing the filming.
+justin wellsAs long as you admit that you're an asshole and continue with your atrocious spelling and grammar while trying to correct other people's spelling mistakes, then we're good. No further work on your part is necessary; we all know you have the maturity of a 9 year old. But thanks anyway. Now, I'm sure there's a cold basement in your parent's house with dog shit stains on the 1960's carpet, a cum-stained beanbag chair from 1980, and a dusty PS3 for you to go play. Why don't you stick with that, instead of polluting the internet with your stupidity.
+Vladpryde i had said my part about the OP and then came to reading comments to which your made me stop and hang my head. You took an awful lot of time and effort to make some sort of fangled comeback, with bibliography to cite random nonsense, citing urban dictionary is like citing Mad magazine in a theoretical physics college thesis. I bid you a good day, you tried too hard and made yourself look like a fool.. rally with the other fools, start a club... Asshole YouTubers against people that point out our flaws.. ahh, give the title some work.. maybe an acronym? or an abbreviation like AYAPOF ay-yah-pof... that works, i'll start the documents for you, whats your mailing address?
+justin wellsWhat are you; 15? I already did correct it. And oh yeah: since you've got a hard-on for playing the vocabulary card:"Cause" (Noun) = a person or thing that acts, happens, or exists in such a way that some specific thing happens as a result; the producer of an effect.//dictionary.reference.com/browse/cause"Because" (Conjunction) = for the reason that; due to the fact that.//dictionary.reference.com/browse/because?s=tTwo completely different words with different meanings. Not to mention you didn't capitalize the "I" or use proper punctuation. But, as pointed out in my first response: you're an asshole who doesn't understand that. How do I know that? Because only an asshole looks at an entire answer, and picks out a two-letter spelling mistake on the first word of a paragraph, rather than giving a thoughtful response to the post in question. So actually, you see: it's YOU who should go kill yourself. Especially since, judging by the other answers you've given the poster of this video, you seem to agree with me.Or, you can just stop this retarded shit, grow up, and go back to criticizing the poster, like everyone else should be doing.Your choice.
Anyone that uses urban dictionary to look up whether a word is true or not is the kind of person i don't bother trying to rescue when he fucks up and kills himself... CAUSE HE'S A MORON. Do everyone a favor, like killing yourself.
