As long as your mask do not have acids in them..(fruit, lactic etc) The
lemon in this one could prove to be a little irritating...For large
pores...oil cleansing is the only way to go...I have a video on deep pore
cleansing with oils..sometimes pores seem a bit larger than they really are
because of sebum ( oil) clogging them...oil breaks down oil...I am also
american Indian....this really helps my pores!! Coconut oil for the
hair..massage your scalp daily, it helps stimulate healthy hair growth

Just HAD to share with you that this morning I did my first "Matcha Mask"
(kept looking around to see if my Japanese mother's ashes were going to
rise up and smack me in the head for using "ocha" on my face! LOL!). When
hubby got home this afternoon he asked what I had done to my face coz my
skin was so beautiful and glowing! My goal is to have flawless, beautiful,
glowing skin like my mothers but it's an overwhelming challenge since I

Besides praying since puberty for skin like mom's nothing has worked. I
don't know if it's a combination of age, horror-moans (mental pause) but I
tell ya, since using your DIY masks and a few others, and mostly the
coconut oil/bakingsoda exfoliator, my skin has changed so DRAMATICALLY! IT
GLOWS! THE PORES ARE MOSTLY INVISIBLE?!? WHO SAID THAT DOESN'T HAPPEN, HA!
I wish I had before and after pics for you. Still, just know that your vids

I trusted you that I would not look like a martian and until I removed the
mask I was a little bit nervous, lol! I kept thinking about Capt. Kirk and
his green alien girlfriend. As usual, I am glad I put my trust in you and
tried this mask, it will definitely be added to the list of DIY masks I
like to use. I also have a green washcloth that matches the Gotcha Matcha
green color perfectly so now it is used only for this mask and the stains
don't show. Oh, happy day! Thank you once again :)

I've got hold of some matcha tea a little tub, I'm going to make a
concerted effort to try and drink it too!! I have to say I have an aversion
to drinking something green, but if you can do it so can I. Our TK MAXX
must be a different name for your TJ MAXX, I scoured those shampoo, oil,
face mask section and came away with eye and the papery type face masks, I
put them on this morning and I've felt like Queen for the day. I buy
everything you try out and so far I've only had good results.

Yet another trip to the store tomarrow.. Your costing me money woman...LOL
Important question: I use masks often. Several a week. Half indian so I
have pore problems. Trying to keep them small is a bigger problem than THEY
are..lol. I've always put the masks right up to my bottom eye lids. ? This
is bad isnt it??? ...........Tell me why I shouldnt have been doing this
all these years.. ;(. And whats a good hair mask to make my hair ..heathier
"through" the Lupus? ;( any tips appreciated.

Just started to watch your vids a few weeks ago. I turned 50 a few months
ago. I have never used one of those face-mask-spa-sheets until today. I
have it on right now, as I type this and watch your green mask. My 13 year
old just walked in my room and told me..."thanks mom - you just guaranteed
me a nightmare tonight." It does look a bit like Jason...lol Your skin is
lovely and your hair is so healthy looking. I am really enjoying your vids.

Tammy: I was too impatient to order the powder online so I went to Whole
Foods. I could not find the powder, so I bought it in tea bags and cut 2
open. The tea inside was the consistency of dried oregano. I used that in
the mask yesterday. Is that still effective or should I order the powder
online? BTW, my husband told me it looked like I had onion dip on my face
and wanted to know if we had any chips to go with it. He's a comedian, that
one...

products and I was wondering if you know of an alternative to yogurt
because I realy want to try this mask. Leonor Greyl are strange but GREAT
products, I love them!!!! Also John Masters Organics are great. I believe

Wow thanks so much Tammy for all your great info. When I was up north I did
use some type of oil. For about 16 years I haven't. Being in Fl. Just got
involve so much in just going to work outdoors so I just covered my hair
with hats...But you have given me a wake-up call so I thank you girl. You

Hi Tammy I have never used a hair masque thinking that as I usually have
short hair there would be no need but since subscribing to your channel and
hearing you say that even short hair needs a masque I am going to try some.
My hair is colour treated and fine what would you recommend I try. You
advice as always is much welcomed and trusted. x

I made this mask this morning, using a Matcha green tea, but not Gotcha. I
ground the tea leaves to make a powder as the leafs were stone ground but
not to a powder. It worked out well, but was wondering if the gotcha you
used is better.I also made a smoithie with the green tea for myself and my

Tammy, do u want to know what confuses me the most?? When to put things
on,(in what order) example ---- if I have TWO SERUMS, one for sun/dark
spots and one for wrinkles, WHICH SERUM DO I PUT ON FIRST, OR DOES IT EVEN
MATTER? PLZ answer this question and I will try in the future to not ask so

Perfect mask for the season - a beautiful spring green! Adding this to my
ever growing list of CMT things to try. You have influenced more than you
could know. I do weekly hair masks, regular face masks, and I see my
beautician (I also trust no one but her to touch my hair) more regularly
than I used to. As always, lovin' the hair!

Miss Tammy: I received my Gotcha Matcha today and promptly made a shake
using some -- maybe a tsp. about an hour later, I almost had to call out
the National Guard, which was almost a National Disaster. I had NO idea it

I think your hair color is a classy blonde! I have been using soooo many of
your videos for myself and my daughter. (She is 6 yrs old and I want her to
learn to take care of herself.) We do a girls day or night and just pamper

I always put the serum on that is working on REPAIRING first...sun damage (
vitamin C)...my anti aging serums will go next....ALLOW enough time for
each serum to soak in...Hope this helps...YOU do not have to stop asking
questions...that's why we are all her together...to learn...

What hair mask do you recommend for fine, color treated hair. I do all over
color, no bleach. I have naturally straight hair and the only heat I use is
a blow dryer .Do you recommend a heat protector and if so which one? Thank
