looks like a bad syncronizer. see the clutching material? i cant see it but i do see the facing where it has traveled so far it has rubbed the countershafts

Pin was broken also.On the syncro ring. The part was changed. Good info on Patric´s post to those that have the same problem in the future. There are better expert on this topic. And better videos for fuller repair here on youtube. Videos were posted for those that have not "taken apart" a fuller before.

looks like an rt14613. you will need and syncro kit k2448 old# sorry i cant remember the new # but any parts man can superceed it. you will also need an auxilliary drive gear dont know the pt#, aux housing gasket pt#14335, countershaft bearing cover gaskets and snaprings dont know those # either, and range cylinder kit #k1450

How many km per gallons of glp do you use now? Was it worth the conversion? My was converted recently. I haven't driven it yet. I will give the results later when I test it. My is a 2006 RTS. I hope the 2016 will be a better engine. Tony

Assuming the truck is loaded with family of 4 and some gears. What's your maxium range with a full tank of gas and propane? Have you noticed any change in power or torque of the truck when running on propane? Thank you...

Hey how is the consumption on LPG? whats the size of your tank and how many Kms you get from it on the ridgeline? is the tank made of steel or polymer? thanks and congrats on your pickup, looks awesome!

well, I made a spare tire 'drawer ' out of plywood. It is in the trunk now. The conversion would be about 3000 USD... but the fuel cost will be half compaired to gasoline!

I am thinking about moving to Italy and bringing my Ridgeline. I am checking feasibility because Methane is cheap there but petro is expensive.
