The cop calls for back up, because the suspect doesn't pull over. Remember with the background of attending a Christian Academy, and a strong academic performance thus far, do you think the likely intoxicated young man is about to willingly hand over his life of perfection? When faced with such peril, no matter how great of a person you may be, when you are intoxicated you make bad decisions. The evidence favors the cops story and it is sad people resort to Facebook and twitter with fake pictures of cops holding machine guns to the heads of what appears to be a citizen roughly the same age of the victim. Solely to evoke emotion rather than to ask real questions and debate, these witch hunting antics can do more damage than good. They numb our population from really gauging reality. There is audio of the incident where the police chief cited 50+ request to stop resisting. Yet the so called eye witness only report a smarmy comment and 5 gun shots. I don't want to take sides to a case that will have the evidence to prove one story over the other, but I do oppose the witch hunt misinformation bullshit I see all over the internet.

Well if someone fights with police its a life or death situation because they can take the cops gun away and easily kill the officer

I thought a police officer uses his pistol for life or death situations only. If the person resist arrest, why not shoot the suspect with a stun gun?
