I purchased the alphabet so I can make my own quote but I am having difficulty finding instructions as to where I transfer my quote first in order to adhere it to the wall. Do I cut each letter to make the phrase in the paper first? The tube came with instructions but for the already made phrases - not the alphabet. Please help!!!

I love this project. I haven't used vinyl yet but I can't wait to get started.Thanks for sharing and giving me a good idea.Now I have to go through my cartridges because I don't have the cartridge that you used.I want to try some different sizes canvas!!!!Thanks so much!!!!

@carrymesouth Try putting something hard under the canvas- it will have to fit within the frame. If the canvas has too much give you won't be able to burnish the vinyl well enough for it to stick to the canvas.

@mcg267 The first one (the one I took the video of) was more work than the other 3 with simpler shapes, and after the practice with the first one...they went rather quickly. Even my 6 year old helped!

Seems a wee bit labor intensive but I'm sure it's worth it considering you'd buy those already made in a store for 30 bucks or more. So cute!

I'm not sure if has been asked, but did you have to wait for the paint before peeling the vinyl from the canvas?

Did you peel up the vinyl before the paint dried? I waited and the paint just peeled up like plastic!
