$30,000 worth of damage to your kitchen, for a leak!?!!? I'd be more
worried about that if I were you Kyle. There's no way that accumulates to
that cost, for a couple new units , counter tops and pipe work! I fit
kitchens for a living, and I can assure you that would not cost 30 grand.

There was no option to use my own equipment when i purchased internet
service, so I decided to return the router to one of the Verizon stores.
I Returned the router to:
Verizon Wireless
1701 Rockville Pike
Rockville, MD 20852
Not surprisingly, I received no credit for this.
I spoke with Mr. Travis at 1701 Rockville Pike, the week of July 13, 2015.
He was very friendly and gave me his business card.
=====
July 19, 2015 I called and talked to Verizon on a recorded call, I have
been on the phone for 24 minutes. (Employee JC - 9002791)

We Need Real Competition, Not a Cable-Internet Monopoly
//www.newyorker.com/news/daily-c...
In some big cities, broadband consumers have a choice between a cable
operator, such as Comcast, and a telephone provider, such as Verizon. But
that’s practically no choice at all.
we like to think that we lead the world in communications and
entertainment. And we’re certainly ahead in one way: we pay far more for
broadband Internet access, cable television, and home phone lines than
people in many other advanced countries, even though the services we get
aren’t any better. All too often, they are worse.

Because verizon is a duoploy, and comcast is even worse, i have been forced
to have terrible verizon service for years.
I recently moved to Maryland and brought a verizon router with me.
I was unable to purchase intetnet online without renting a router.
The router arrived, and then I tried to return it. I returned it to the
Verizon store in Rockville:
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xJkVVwKk3ZY
Verizon lost the router, and refuse to give me credit for my router.
Despite paying everything but the router rental fee, my service can be
canceled at anytime because verizon has not decided wether to give me a
refund.
Every state has a regulator over monopolies and duoploies like Verizon.
Mine is the
Maryland Public Service Commission. If you ever have a billing dispute
with Verizon, file a complaint with your government commission. I have
when Verizon did not remove some hazardous lines from my house after
numerous calls, it worked! I am filing another complaint now about Verizon
refusing to refund my money for the router.

You deleted my message showing a youtube video of me returning my router to
a local verizon.
You then threatened to ban me:
"As you have had multiple violations, you should be aware that further
violations may result in your account being set to read only status."
I have filed a complaint with the maryland public service commission
because verizon refuses to change my bill reflecting the router being
returned.
I am also in the process of downloading 8 videos showing the incompetence,
negligence and potential fraud of verizon. These vidoes will show the way
verizon deals with customers who stand up for their immoral greed.
Verizon is a greedy, immoral company that feeds off the poor. Capatilism is
a wondeful system that has brought more wealth to the world than any other
system. But like Mortgage banks, Verizon and Comcast show the worst
excesses of capatilism - the evil side. Congress needs to break up Verizon
like it did with the phone companies in the late 1970s
By squelching serious complaints against Verizon, you are helping Verizon
feed off the poor and weak. You are part of the immoral problem.

Harley's Broken Phone, and Insurance Scam, Part 2/2
An update on Harley's cell phone/insurance/Verizon issues. This will be the final video until Harley's phone is repaired. Thank you all for your support.
Glad to hear things got better.
On a side note: when the heater clicked on and when Spats moved something
on the table. i freaked out and thought someone was in my room..LOL
Hopefully, we'll be able to get rid of the government-supported corporate
greed someday! Even here in Canada, it's been getting worse and worse. I
won't make a video about my situation but it hasn't been funny for the last
few years. When I read comments in the local newspapers about the US
presidential campain, I'm not surprised to see that Donald Trump has many
supporters north of the US border too. There are so many idiots in this
world... These loosers often support those who want them to have more
problems than they already have and earn less for their low wage work...
And I don't quite understand that! I mean, it's mostly not the upper
middle-class and highly educated people who vote to get screwed by people
like Trump and the Corporate America, they know better. It's mostly the
poorer and uneducated people who think they were self-made as they were
able to get a loan for their small house and their new car as they work
hard. These people are those that the Corporate World gets most of it's
easily-earned plus-value from...
