NO its not that fast me and him rode it in person the indicator is just WAYYYYYYYYYYYYY faster then the elevator Its about 800 FPM if it was 1800 it would have to speed up soo fast and slow down right away there is no way it would be safe 500-800 fpm

Very nice elevator, and maybe this was an Otis elevator that was modernized by Kone. Also, I think the speed is more like 1800 FPM instead of 800 FPM.

Also, 1800 FPM would be ideal for buildings with 90-100 floors.

FYI this elevator was originally a Westy, and it is definitely not MRL; I believe it is basement wound As well, in case you were wondering, TU=Tunnel
