It's all included in your regular service bills, which for the main 4 companies (T-Mobile, Sprint, Verizon, and AT&T) typically runs about $80 for family plans I believe, as a lot depends on how many lines you have and what data plan you opted for. (Hopefully that makes sense since I'm still on my parents' plan and thus my knowledge is limited).

+Nedra Paul Basically, you sign a contract, get a phone for cheaper (ie an iPhone or Galaxy for $200), but the catch is that you have to stay with the company for 2 years or pay a very hefty fee if you want to switch providers or want to get a new phone. Once 2 years are up, you can either switch providers or renew the contract.

+speterj wow good to hear. Just sold my soul for a 2 year contract after Verizons horrible one. LTE is amazing fast and allows me to stream 1440p videos with no buffer. I was worried they would throttle my speeds but if you guys are able to use that myuch i should too!

+speterj i use mine for PSN it works flawlessly. sprint rewards loyalty, ive been with sprint for 13 years +. i havent paid for a phone for the last 5 years and have gotten a new model every year.

+Cody Hodgson I agree. I use about 30GB/month. All my coworkers can't believe it because they are restricted in their data use. Also my LTE is faster than my wifi and I get good coverage where I live. On top of that I own my iPhone 6 for $200. These payment plans say you can upgrade whenever you want but you have to pay off your phone or give it back and get sucked in to another payment plan.

sprint is great. i use an average of 70 gb of data each month with average speeds of 20 mb up and 45 mb down for less than $80.00 a month it cant be beat. the same amount of data with any of the other carriers would cost a a shit load more. just for the benefit of occasionally having slightly faster speeds.

I agree. I've had contracts with ATT, Sprint, and Verizon. ATT was terrible, Sprint was even worst. Big Red is by far the best out of the 4.
