Here's the deal... If you write down your dreams, anywhere (you can use
notes on a mobile to write keywords at night, that will help you remember
the dream in the morning)....Your dream recall will increase, and in only a
week time you will remember about 5 dreams a night! ..because you will
train your brain to remember those dreams. More dreams - more chance to be
lucid and to remember you were lucid. You wake up after each dream during
the night, with writing down you will train yourself. try
I have a question!!! I've been practicing lucid dreaming for almost two
years, and I seem to have a reoccurring problem. Every so often, I'll
perform a reality check while dreaming and in the dream I think to myself
"Stay asleep! Don't wake up! Stay relaxed." But I always end up either
waking up, or the dream starts to fade out and then turns into another
dream where I am no longer lucid. How do I stay lucid? It's aggravating!!
Something like this happened to me the other day, a dream character asked
my name and then she went screaming "she's the dreamer!" and I was all like
whoa, what the hell are you so excited about? And then also another
character asked me if I dreamed a lot and all the other people in the scene
started staring at me strangely. Despite all this, I didn't become lucid.
It was a shame really. But it was a curious dream.
You do an amazing job man. Congrats on your 1,000,000 views you deserve it.
Do you think you can explain what the roll over signals are whenever you
are, and how long on adverage it takes to receive them while performing the
stop, drop, and roll technique in the WILD method? If so that would be
amazing and it would clear lots of things up for me. Thanks for everything
Giz.
LoL saw this and laughed so hard. Reminds me of the time where I dreamed I
was in the Tardis with Amy and Rory and the Chameleon Circuit broke and
started flashing us back and forth between realities. Strangely enough,
Leonard and Sheldon were in the Tardis as well. Big Bang Theory meets
Doctor Who, one of the coolest dream moments ever.
I had my first lucid dream a few nights ago after nearly two weeks of
trying and recording my dreams, woohoo! question is my dream signs seem to
be friends from my childhood or my brother. Problem is I never see them as
I now live in another country and have done for almost a decade. How can I
get around this with my reality checks?
This happened to me the other night. As my dream started to get chaotic and
I started to panic, everything started falling like, the floor everywhere
had disappeared, but then this women presented herself to me and reassured
me not to worry as I was dreaming and at that point I became lucid, but
unfortunately woke up shortly after.
Hi. Is there any insecurity concerning lucid dreaming? Can lucid dreaming
mess with my mind in any possiple way except from false memories and sleep
paralysis as you mentioned in one of your earlier videoes? Also, do you
have any tips on how to rememer your dreams other than keeping a dream
journal?
Giz what the heck?!?! U r my favorite channel and the most info on lucid
dreaming! Thank for the advise but please come back, I have another
question! I have hit a definite dry spot in my lucid dreaming journey! How
can I become excited about it again. Recall is at zero. And so is
everything else.
Thats an interesting way to become lucid. I had a lucid dream last night
where the asap rocky guy wrote on a piece of paper the word dreamnesness
which i guess is dream+subconcious and asked me what i know about dreams. I
talked about lucid dreams and showed him a reality check which made me lucid
whats the difference between the physical world and the dream world from
your opinion?and could this physical world is a certain type of dream that
we're not lucid in? and that when we die the "real world" is heaven and not
this physical world?
If you're lucid dreaming, or even just try to learn it, you should have
less nightmares than before. I had 5 nightmares in a week before, now I
don't have any one! :) (Sry for my bad english... :P)
i started a dream jornal and ive become a lot closer to having lucid
dreams. i can remeber thinking things were weird in my dreams but bot doing
any. reality checks so im kind kf mad at myself
One of my dream signs is being in a surreal environment. But as my mind
accepts whatever is going on in the dream as reality, I fail to see that it
is a dream sign. How can I get around this?
11th Comment woohoo! You rock Giz your my favorite Youtuber for Lucid

outside of rain dropping) but i thought of you and i remember my lvl3 dream

Can you however want to look like or you just stay the same as you are in
reality? Also how often on a scale from 1 to 5 you meet with your conseous
when you are lucid?
what if when we dream we connect together with other people who are
dreaming and dream together... so our brains literally play multiplayer
with our bodies xD
