doesn't quite work like that, its not criminal court since its family, there was no reason for my father to be arrested, just like there was no justice in this case when she was arrested! it doesn't fit in the family court, because of my abuser being female! and so, people who dont fit groups like me....dont need to protest, my rights as a child, and as a victim of abuse were taken away, and this is what Im saying, EVERYONE, doesnt matter if they fit a group, need a voice like this!

First off, I'm pro trans, pro gay, pro straight, pro everything. but this story seems a bit off. She's a diabetic in severe need of insulin and her first food choice is mcdonalds? Not even healthy people should be eating that stuff. And I find it unlikely that with staff, customers and cameras in the store the manager of the store would beat her with a pipe to the point that shes covered in blood. Risking an assult charge and job loss? Something seems weird here.

Although many youtube viewers may not be responding positively to these videos, I am sure there are so many out there that have opened their minds up to the politics of the transgendered world, and many out there may not feel so alone or disempowered. I'm so proud of this woman, and all the trans men and women for telling their stories and letting people know that this kind of violence happens all the time without consequences for the attackers, and that these beatings don't always just end in a trip to the hospital or police station, but a trip to the morgue.
