David was focused, articulate and right on the money. We are tired of the non-seniscal diarrea coming from the left wing factions mouths about safety and "our" protection. These a-holes have armed security but our lives arent valuable enough to have the same. We are just fine providing our own, thanks. I agree with the peaceful process of protesting and political involvement but the media is controlled and will brush this event off and you won't get a fair hearing. The UN Small Arms Treaty is coming up again in March. You have to make a choice whether you will fight if it comes down to it. Meanwhile, Dept. of Homeland Security keeps on buying more hollow points for us.

Did you completely miss the message of nullification that he's talking about because of one comment? He just taught you that you can literally destroy the law single-handedly, and you're pissed because you think people aren't willing to throw down and get bloody right now. The whole point is to avoid that scenario at all costs, as much as humanly possible, and Jury Nullification is a simple no-brainer. TAKE JURY DUTY.

The rightful remedy. The state doesn't care if you start gunning down police officers, politicians, bureaucrats in a French Revolution style manner. They will only grow in power if we do so. They are, however, frightened of the moral and peaceful high ground; the people en masse, but acting individually, saying no to anything that encroaches on their freedom. Many are so focused on the tragic 20 children that lost their lives, they are not looking at the big picture. Out of the 170 million people killed by their governments over the last century, how many were children? Millions! Their parents could not defend them because their guns were taken away. It's unfortunate. Most people on a jury are looking for a conviction. Somewhere along the process, something went horribly wrong and society has become a blood-thirsty. I'm afraid that while nullification is a worthwhile course and a valiant course, that it just won't bear fruit.

Just another great example of a GOP nutcase brain washing American citizens. There is absolutely nothing wrong with enhanced background checks for gun owners. How did you find out about it? I completely missed it and know at least 30 people that would have went with me to show our support for them. I'm in PA and subed to Steve McLaughlin etc. and always seem to miss the damn things.  Grrr
