Dieting binge eating Videos

Man I am going through this now. I am 5'5 male and I got down to 82 pounds through anorexic tendencies.(for about a year) I recovered to 130 then relapsed to 98. Everything you have described from the watching of competitive eating, to the trouble going to sleep because you are hungry, even getting in arguments with my father over the families diet. I was worried that the extreme hunger will never end but everyone says it does. You give me hope my friend. Thank you for sharing. PS. I believe the cravings for carbs and sweets stems from the lack there of them during the phase of restriction. I was like "Dude why not binge on lettuce?...I would, then BAM where did the loaf of bread and peanut butter go?!" I hope to be able to look back at my old self and just realize how dumb this all is.
