This whole business of "whole grains" is just a fad; it makes about as much sense as re-electing Pres. Obama and it's advocated by much the same people. This is something only left-wingers advocate in their passion to discourage America from buying products by big, corporate food processors; the number of people who refuse to view these junk videos speaks reams about their validity. processed grains, like flour products, couscous, rolled oats are not whole grains. A whole grain product is not the same as whole grains. processed grains are harder to digest, have less nutritive qualities and have less flavor than whole grains. WG are brown rice, whole oats, quinoa, millet, barley, amaranth, etc...

Once again it depends on what's in the bread. If it's whole grain rye, then you're looking pretty good. If it's enriched wheat with some rye down on the ingredient list, then not so much. Keep in mind your portion sizes are also important when it comes to what's good for you and what's not.

That is misleading (well it's a lobby video). It's recently been shown that dementia is linked to blood sugar even in non-diabetics. Grain products are high glycemic index usually (like 88 corn flakes). Add to that to the auto-immune effect of gliadin.

Yep this was a fun video. Seems like I rely more on my eyesight like Corrina. As soon as I close them I start wobbling. And my inner ear ability is that great either but better than my eyesight. This will be fun to do with some kids.

haha, try this, its so funny, made me laugh! Its amazing how you depend on your senses for balance. I am really goin to practice with this because I was falling all over the place. I am all in my head, I need to get centred in my body more. I really wish PsycheTruth would follow this up with more videos because it is actually leading to the kind of things they do in Tai Chi.
