Whats up Tomsgt123, I know there are BUGS that are being worked out in the newer ROMS. Question on the Droid x2 is there a site where we can see all bugs/problems with the Roms we want to try on the DX2 or Maybe u have one?

Any idea why it would be freezing at the Motorola logo after flashing? I am using Droid X2 that I installed CM9 on from 2.3.4. All I have done was install CM9, add two apps, and flash this. I am using BSR.

No I do not use rom manager or rom toolbox on the Droid x2 it will only brick the device. you can use them to download the roms but not to flash. you must use boot strap recovery app to flash on the dx2

@Shane Thompson after installing cm9 did you install the patched bsr or the same one you used to install cm9? the dx2 will do that unless you install the patched bsr

then the best most stable rom for 2.3.4 is cm7 it is awesome. cm9 and cm10 are also out but unstable and arent fully functional yet. try them if you want to.

I have heard that people have problems when flashing this on cm10. I think cm10 battery life is awesome. So I wouldn't mess with this fix on it.

I think you can get it to work on the milesatone put I would check the XDA forum for more info on that.

on this build camera no. wifi yes. gps yes and bluetooth dont know. but there is a new build of MIUI at XDA that all of these work on.

+Aaron Torres I'll have a video and you see what I'm talking about and the content says its unsupported because it has to be opened in twrp clockwork recovery mode and then you have to download the got hub after open the recovery and flash both then reboot and you should have it

Ok i have another question ....i tried to download the link to the cm10 jellybean on my first version droid x running 2.3.4...it also said content unsupported ...is itbecause it is droid x instead of droid x2 or is it the link that doesn't work anymore?

I think that cm9 is more stable at this point. But it is always fun to play with new settings and check out something new. There are lots of cool settings in this rom. Try it just make a nandroid first. I can flash the rom and then go back to cm9 really quick. 20 minutes tops.

What's up TGT123, do u think at this time AOKP would good to run on my Dx2? I use my phone at work also for work sometimes and don't have a backup phone. I ask because out of the roms for the Dx2 i only like (1) AOKP (2) Eclipse (3) 2.3.4/2.3.5 OTA update in that order.

well actually dave, if you think about it, it would look totally stupid to someone from hundreds of years ago to see someone holding a little rectangle up at their eyes in front of some people. we seem fine with it, and were so used to it that we cant accept that tablets are cameras too. saying it looks stupid means nothing. i think cameras on tablets are ok because then people get all those apps they want with them, and they dont have to carry a camera with them too! its right with the tablet.

And what happened to tri-core? or penta or septa-core? They must be superstitious... It would be handy to have a spare core isn't it? Like in your car, You have to have a spare wheel. I have high doubts that the macbook airs will have sandy bridge processors or the thunderbolt port because they are meant to be ultraportable machines designed so that you can take them with you almost anywhere so the main purpose for them is to open it and do a little web browsing when your travelling.

Cameras on the back & front of tablets and cell phones don't make any sense to me. I prefer my nikon for photography and my cell phone is just that, a phone. To me, it's not a camera or anything else. Anything else, or any of the other features take too much time away from my schedule.

Is it even news anymore that Apple are releasing new tech? It seems like every week a newer version Macs are being released. Dave I think you seriously expand beyond the Mac news, infact just ignore the macs altogether.

The only type of camera that makes sense on a tablet is a front facing one, rear-facing just means you'll have a hole in your case.

Actually I find when I'm at home I like the rear facing camera. When I'm on the go though I find it cumbersome.
