I do have both but when i plugged in the usb port the Id com port doesnt show blue box

I'm using S4 I9500 with Android 4.4.2, I did all these steps successfully and i reboothed the device and I found the SuperSU app installed but when I opened it reads There is no SU binary installed and SuperSU cannot install it. This is a problem Also when I opened Titanium Backup it reads could not acquire root priviledge. help me to solve this..

hi i followed your steps keenly up to the last step but it didnt ask to grant root access to titanium backups.Instead had a black screen for a while and then showed the ordinary home screen.However,i went aahead to check if anything had happened and discovered there was added super su icon #. I cricked on it and it said "There is SU installed,and super user cannot instal it.This is a problem! If you just upgraded to android 4.3,you need to manually re-root-consult the relevant forums for your advice". I downloaded the root checker and this is what it says when i cricked on it after installation. "sorry this device does not have proper root access" I proceeded to check my device Android version after that process and it reads as (Adroid 4.3) So i am now confused,i also repeated the whole process carefully,but nothing changed...everything was the same. The phone still workes normally withiout any hitch but.......i feel fucked up.what should i do next...?? I LAY MY HOPE ON YOU SIR,i followed your steps well but this is what was the outcome.PLIZ HELP! HELP! HELP! pliiiizzz.
