I'm saying that government should be more resistant to the hand of industry leaders, and that their power should be checked to avoid all of this power they put in the wrong places. I do believe that a lot of normal people could handle that wealth without feeling the need to manipulate the people to get more wealth

+Tomas Ferreira i don't back them up, i think it is an unfair system, wealth should be distributed more evenly throughout the population, that society should not allow individuals to get this crazy rich nor idolize them. I'm just remarking the uncomfortable fact that if you don't like the circumstances you should be aware that for you to reject the things that make them able to do what they do, you must be prepared to resign to the benefits that the US has got out of it (industrial productivity, active economy, military power, diversity of products and services, the idea of the american dream). And no I don't think that just because they are rich they're more capable of running the country, i'm flipping the argument on its head, i'm trying to say that is not the riches that are making americans as they are now, but that the american culture has made them (and everyone else) that way, they just happen, by chance, to have the resources to make whatever they want, and that most americans in their shoes would probably act pretty similar as a result of it.

While this alone will definately not save us from their grip. Every little way of raising people's awareness of their filth counts.
