My coach is an IFBB Pro..I recently started training with him for the
Europe show next year. I'm interested in Figure and Physique competition.
He is already talking about using "cutting supplement" injections..not sure
that's the right route..is that the only way to getting fit enough for
competition? Thank you
Im not an expert or anything but you shouldn't put your health at risk, even if its the only way to get fit this fast. Be as natural as you can, if you want to be natural

+Amber Reinert Yes I always take breaks if i am sick. Why? Because when you are sick your body is busy fighting off the virus. You can do light cardio but I would suggest to stay away from weight training. :)
