the way you do your shake is to gain weight not to loose weigth so if I do
my shake the way you do I will gain 10 pounds in just 1 day for real I want
to loose weigth not gain so your shake is not better than my shake

To cut calories I always look at protein ratios of my foods - If something is 100 calories I try to make sure it has at least 10 grams of protein. This way I stay fuller longer!
